Sheraton Miramar Resort

It was our first time at the Sheraton Miramar but definitely not the last time. The hotel is great. We really want to point out the great service and delicious food. Especially Ahmed Hamdy from the beach bar was always very professional and very considerate. The hotel is a perfect mix for people who want to relax and like to enjoy the sea. At 8 p.m. they offer great live music and spectacular dance shows. The Micheal Jackson dance show was our personal highlight and DJ Yousef's music. The cocktails by Ahmed Ramdan are the best. We are also very happy to have met Mohand, who is very funny, kind and a thoughtful waiter. The rooms are big and very clean. The room and mini bar service was excellent. In front of the hotel are always tuk tuks and you can easily drive downtown or to marina.

It’s not my first experience and I can tell easily all the Staffs here are so nice friendly and helpful. Specially at the beach Ahmed Hamdy and all the others were the best really I appreciate their professionalism.

An unforgettable anniversary escape at the Sheraton Miramar Resort El Gouna! My husband and I spent a week here this August, and it completely exceeded our expectations. The resort itself is stunning—built across a cluster of interconnected islands with gorgeous lagoons, bridges, and traditional Nubian-style architecture. We stayed in a lovely Deluxe Sea View room with a balcony overlooking the sparkling turquoise water. Waking up to that view every morning with a cup of coffee was pure magic. The service was top-notch across the board, the food at the main buffet and the Italian à la carte restaurant was delicious, and we spent lazy afternoons alternating between the pristine beach and the main pool. While the hotel is a dream and you honestly never want to leave, we did want to explore Egypt a bit. Instead of booking through the overpriced hotel reps, we followed a recommendation from friends and went with a local agency called Sheriff Egypt. You can easily find them by searching their name online. Their prices are significantly lower than what the resort guides charge, but the level of service and comfort was miles ahead! We booked a couple of major trips through them and were blown away: Cairo and Luxor Private Tours: We opted for private, customized programs for both. Having our own dedicated vehicle and private guide made all the difference—we didn't have to wait around for large tour groups and could move at our own pace. Our guide spoke fluent, flawless English and was a walking encyclopedia of ancient history, making the Pyramids and the Valley of the Kings come alive. Plus, for the long drives, we were provided with a brand-new, air-conditioned 2026 model microbus that was extremely comfortable and clean. Hurghada City Tour & Museum: Closer to home, we also did a half-day sightseeing tour of Hurghada and visited the Hurghada Museum of Antiquities. It was a wonderful way to understand the local culture, check out the marina, and see some incredible artifacts without feeling rushed. They took care of every single detail and made our holiday truly special!

It was perfect vacation, food, room, atmosphere, everything. Location is great, value for money 10/10, cleanliness 10/10, Sheraton Miramar is beautifull with prof. and nice staff. Most of the time we were by the beach where Nasser works, he is top guy, very nice, always asking do we need anything, he helped us a lot with everything.
