Sindbad Club

The Sinbad Club is a wonderful hotel, its staff are most welcoming, helpful, polite & cheerful! The grounds are lovely the pools are great, the choice of restaurants is good, you can walk out along the street at night, there are lots of shops to barter in, the beach is across the road, there is waiter drinks service there too with its own restaurant The rooms are large and everywhere is so clean We had a great stay!

An absolutely fantastic hotel. We spent our summer holiday here for the third time this year. The staff already recognize us and treat us like friends, which is a really nice feeling. We’ll be back again next year! I recommend it to everyone!

We are just leaving the hotel after spending one week at Sindbad. For context we travelled as 2 sisters, both in our 20’s. We previously travelled to Sharm El Sheikh where we were approached by men in our hotel room and was a bit weary of travelling to Egypt following that experience. However we felt incredibly safe on our stay at Sindbad hotel. Food There is a brilliant. Story of food at the hotel. We tried both the Asian and the Italian restaurant and the food was fresh and delicious! We wish we hadn’t left it so late in our holiday so we could have gone again. The buffet restaurants were great and had plenty of variety. The main one by reception does get incredibly busy so we used the one at the aqua park instead (they serve the same thing). Aqua park and pools The aqua park and pools in the hotel are fab. We never struggled for a sunbed. We didn’t sit around the top pool ‘quiet pool’ because there was little going on. We based ourselves at the aqua park and was pleased with the atmosphere. The wave pool is amazing and the staff are super helpful ensuring your day is ok! Beach The beach is a little bit of a trek across the road into the Serry hotel but it is absolutely gorgeous. The water or crystal clear and there is plenty of sunbeds. The only downfall is you don’t have WiFi at the beach and if you base yourself on the jetty, there is a big walk to use the toilets at the entrance to the beach. Entertainment The entertainment at the hotel is phenomenal. Being two young women travelling, we didn’t feel safe out in the streets however we did not need to leave as the evening shows were amazing! The dancers were spectacular and we looked forward to the show every night. We did Aqua gym through the day and the main guy who does this is amazing. On our first day Fares (superman) came to talk to us about pottery, we joined him for a pottery session in Serry hotel and we couldn’t believe it was offered for free. Throughout our stay he checked in with us and seen if we wanted to join activities but also wasn’t too pushy if we said no. We really enjoyed his company and was always happy to chat! Cleanliness and rooms The room we had was a double and we were shocked to have two double beds instead of single! The room was cleaned to a high standard daily with fresh towels everyday. The whole hotel is constantly clean and felt very modern. Gym The gym in the hotel is to a good standard. It’s clean and has plenty of equipment for a decent workout! We would 100% look to come back to Sindbad again in the future!

Our holiday started very nicely beautiful grounds, nice room with some lovely pools and very comfy sunbed. The restaurants had plenty of choice i liked the fact you can visit the al carte as many times during your stay. Drink selections are good too. All of the staff seemed happy very helpful and constantly doing something. We had a power outage during our stay for one day put a little dampener on our trip to the beach but couldn't be helped . Unfortunately our holiday turned sour after a few days in when my children became poorly. Not just your typical pharohs curse which alot of people was suffering with not even antinal wasnt touching this . After returning home my worse fear confirmed stec ecoli ! Which lasted even on our return for queit a while . My holiday provider have been informed and a full investigation is pending. Just a little note If my children had not become this poorly I would of returned but now its scared me to return my childrens health is top priority . Please if you do become ill dont brush it off get tested back home and report it as they wont change unless its reported. Also as another reviewer states some reviews cant be 100% genuine as staff carry review cards and ask for 5 star watching as you write. Just tell them you will complete a honest review on your return home .

Bathroom can be better ,. The space is very small , refrigarator is not working and the system in the door when you share the room one people can not sleep inside and onother go out because u have to wait for them for open the door again
