Had the most amazing experience while holidaying at the Sindbad club hotel the staff here are amazing and strive to make the experience even better and as for the entertainment staff 100 percent brilliant they just made our experience quite brilliant my family have a 7 year old and a nearly 2 year old and they catered for them so well congratulations to all your staff on a job well done

We were a family of 4, our children being adults. This is my opinion of the hotel, which we returned home from yesterday. Negatives first - We didn't get the rooms that we paid for- both were meant to have balconies, one didn't. - Flies..... they were everywhere. I'm not sure if it was because of the time of year, but it was relentless around the pools. - sickness, 3 of the 4 of us were all ill, the same night then day after. I know we weren't the only ones there. - Beach. We didn't like having to walk through a building site to get to the beach. Also hardly any toilets down there - Lack of toilets at the aqua park. Only 1 block of 3 ( womens) on the far side. Needs another block on the other side of the wave pool. Positives Loads of positives which far out weigh the negatives. - Food. We ate in one of the a la cartes every evening. We loved all 3 of them! - Staff, so many staff everywhere, all happy to help or serve you. - October half term and never had a problem getting a sun bed at any time, the staff there to help you out. - entertainment was great, particularly Halloween. - aqua park was good with a variety of slides. - Good variety of day time activities. - Great range of drinks, cocktails were good! If we were to come again, I would like to see hand sanitizer stations which the staff enforce on entrance to the food halls. I know I wash my hands before I go for food, but it would be nice to know that others have done the same. I'm sure this will help to stop so much illness within the hotel. Overall a good hotel. Would I go back? Yes if the price was right. I can see the draw for family that go back year on year. Everything in one hotel and great for kids.

A lovely and beautiful hotel with friendly services. Thanks to our housekeeper Sherif Ashraf our room was always cleaned with utmost care. <3 Would recommend!

The place is stunning but if you want a sunbed bed next to the wave pool you have to get up at 05.30 . There is a sign saying do not put towel on the sunbeds to reserve. Staff far to weak to sort this problem out all the want is tips

Great hotel, lovely food and friendly staff. The rooms were always clean & they were also spacious enough for the 3 of us (deluxe ground floor room 2 x adults & 1 x 13 year old). Welcome cans of Pepsi, Fanta Orange, 7up and local beer was in the mini fridge on arrival but this was not topped up during the rest of the weeks stay, only the water (which came in jars as the hotel has its own filter system) There was plenty of choice for food, which a lot of was cooked fresh in-front of you. Drink choices were good, but our son was disappointed there was only ice creams at the botanica restaurant. The water park area was great and our son had so many ch fun there. The beach is a 3 minute walk across the road from the hotel and was private for hotel guests only, it also had a lovely jetty area with double lounger beds (take your masks & snorkels as there are fish). The int down side I can point out is the mat people were reserving sun beds despite signs stating this was not allowed. We left at 05:30 for a trip to Luxor and there were towels on a lot of beds which had been reserved and not a guest in site! There were staff walking around the pool at that time and they didn’t seem bothered at all. For the size of the hotel, they could do with more sun beds, but overall we had a fantastic holiday and would recommend this hotel. There are shops just outside the hotel as well as a McDonald’s, KFC & Pizza Hut for anyone wanting those. It was alway a happy, friendly atmosphere and we thought our holiday was great value for money. The evening entertainment was out the front of the hotel to the right so we never had any disruption in the evenings when we went back to our room and the main pool area is classed as a ‘quiet pool’ which doesn’t have activities or music which we thought was a lovely touch for when our son was overstimulated (he has additional needs).
