The housekeeping team and especially Ayman and also Abram Serry from the lobby and Ayman from the botanica restaurant. Looking forward to coming back in March next year Many thanks for everything Sue Wilson

Lovely hotel, food good, pools good, location excellent, staff excellent. The room was a bit of a let down however it was clean and had everything in it except the TV decided to work when it wanted to. The staff were brilliant escpecially our cleaner Amin who looked after our room 438 and the bar staff at the pool bar. We weren't bothered with the noise as we were not in the main block which was good as never had the constant stream of people walking past our room. A couple of cons the crazy paving is dodgy it needs re-pointing, couldn't find any WC's had to keep going up to our room, more signs are needed. All in all we got what we paid for the sun, food, atmosphere of a good holiday.
