Serenity Alpha Beach

We spent a week at this hotel and really enjoyed our stay. The entertainment was spectacular, with plenty of activities and good food. The entertainment team was excellent, and we absolutely loved it!

A massive shoutout to the animation team for turning a great holiday into an extraordinary one—we cannot wait to return!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Egypt! Everything was great, from the rooms and food to the service. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always happy to help, making the whole experience really enjoyable. A special mention has to go to Mohammed and his incredible animation team! They are honestly what makes this resort stand out. The team are so friendly, approachable and chatty, and they create such a fun atmosphere without ever being overbearing. A particular shout-out to Joli and Steve, who were absolutely brilliant and made us feel so welcome! There is always something fun to get involved in, whether you want to be active or just have a laugh. We took part in darts, family fun games, water gym, yoga, volleyball, music quizzes, competitions, tombolas and some of the evening shows. The fitness classes were great, and the evening entertainment was a lot of fun. The team also speak so many different languages, making an effort to connect with guests from all over the world. What impressed us most was how much energy, enthusiasm and genuine friendliness the animation team bring every single day. They strike the perfect balance between encouraging you to join in and letting you enjoy your holiday your own way. They really do turn a great resort holiday into an outstanding one! Thank you to Mohammed, Joli, Steve and the whole animation team for making our holiday so memorable. You are a real credit to the hotel, and we genuinely hope the hotel recognises how special you all are. We had such a brilliant time and are already looking forward to coming back! Highly recommend this hotel, especially if you want a holiday with great service, a lovely atmosphere and an animation team that makes you smile every day. ❤️

This is our second time at serenity, again it was perfect, the grounds are beautiful, the staff are beyond amazing and the management couldn’t be more accommodating, after getting engaged here in January we decided to come back again, it was the staff that made us fall in love with the place, we had the most beautiful room that was immaculately clean, this was 10 days in paradise for sure, we went scuba diving and had a few amazing massages, I’d like to give a special shout out to the animation team especially Koko who we met on the first visit and again on our return welcomed us like family, the bar staff are so kind and work tirelessly to keep you happy and smiling, we will be coming back to serenity again and again, it’s a home away from home, thank you serenity for making our holiday dreams come true, if you haven’t booked your holiday here yet, hurry up and book, it will be the best holiday you have See you next year guys <3

I visited this hotel with my friend (it was her 9th time here, but my first) and we were extremely satisfied. The hotel is very beautiful and offers great activities. A huge plus is definitely the animation team, which is full of energy and positivity, especially the amazing animator Jolly with Czech roots, who made our stay so much better! We had a wonderful time relaxing by the pool, enjoyed absolutely amazing massages, and at the end of the week, we even got tattoos. I highly recommend the glass-bottom boat trip and snorkeling with the fish. The food was good, though there could be a slightly wider variety, as it felt a bit repetitive. Even so, I rate our stay as excellent and highly recommend this hotel to everyone!
