Steigenberger Al Dau Beach

We are a family of 4 adults and spent two glorious weeks here in May. We had all been to the Hotel before and we enjoyed our stay just as much as previously. The rooms had been renovated since our last stay, and they were really nice. The food was excellent with a large choice. The staff cannot do enough and I must particularly call out a waiter in the Tamarind Restaurant, Ehab Gamal, who was always smiling and very efficient. We all hope we shall be able to return.

The hotel has good facilities, clean rooms, kind front desk staff and good food. unfortunately, I had bad experiences with the spa staff and pool staff, Their attitude was disrespectful, and i felt that Egyptian guests were treated differently from foreign guests (believe me, you can feel it every where in this hotel! ) For a hotel in this price range (family suit +30K per night), this is simply unacceptable, The staff attitude is no better than what you would expect in a cheap hotel ! I do not recommend this hotel for Elite Egyptian travelers. Simply they don’t like you🤷🏻‍♂️ For the same price or less, you can find a better hotels with more respectful staff in hurghada

Exceptional experience and honest service! The staff at this pharmacy near the Steigenberger ALDAU Beach Hotel are incredibly honest, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly and guided us to the best products for our needs without trying to push unnecessary expensive options. Their prices are very reasonable and transparent. Highly recommended if you’re staying in the area!

This Hotel is truly my favorite place in Hurghada. I visit 2–3 times every year, and it never fails to amaze me. Every stay is just as wonderful as the last, thanks to the incredible team and outstanding service. A big thank you to all the lobby staff, the waiters, and everyone working at the hotel for their kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. The rooms are spotless, the food is delicious with great variety, and the facilities, beach, and pools are always exceptional. A very special thank you to Mr. Mina Tharwat and Mr. Mario for always going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Your dedication and genuine care are truly appreciated. Thank you to the entire Steigenberger ALDAU team. I can't wait to come back again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
