A super hotel with a great beach and excellent food. Special thanks to Omar at reception, who resolved all my questions very quickly. The only thing that was a little uncomfortable for me as a non-smoker was that smoking was allowed on part of the main restaurant terrace, and sometimes the smoke drifted over. It would be even nicer to have a completely non-smoking area.

Spent 6 days here with my husband. The hotel and the grounds are lovely. The staff are always busy gardening, tidying and repairing things. We had a suite which was a good size and had a sea view. This was cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided. We never had an issue finding a sunbed or a parasol and the staff were always on hand to assist with finding beds if required. The noodle bar was lovely and we really enjoyed the burger in the Bwala pool bar. The Thai massage was excellent and the spa facilities looked lovely although we did not have chance to use them. Overall, a lovely break in the sun for a few days.

Excellent service, very attentive staff. There is always someone around taking care of you.

Once again, I’m back from an incredible 11-day stay at this amazing hotel. It was my 5th time staying here, and what can I say? It’s simply fabulous every single time. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, but what really makes this place special are the people who work here. They all do their very best to make your stay as enjoyable and memorable as possible. If you’re reading this and considering staying here, just do it! I’m sure you won’t regret it. I would like to give a special thanks to Khalid from the reception. He is always so kind, helpful, and funny. Amina from Guest Relations is also wonderful. She is always checking if everything is okay and asking if there is anything she can do for you. If there is, she will absolutely do her best to help. Eslam who every day is making sure you get the best spot around the pool. Mam Douh from the main restaurant is always making sure that you have the same table whenever possible, and he always brings you the best fresh juices. It’s these little things that make you feel so welcome. I also want to give a very special thank you to the amazing team at the pool bar: Emad, Elsahby (I’m not sure if I’m spelling his name correctly), Osama, who moved here from the indoor bar and is always doing his very best, and Mr. Mina who constant checks if you're ok. And then, a very special thank you to Mohammed, who is always making sure that everything is okay, preparing the best cocktails, and doing everything he can to make sure you have a great time. Last but certainly not least, Osama, whom I’ve known since my very first visit to the hotel back in 2018. He is always so kind and always takes such good care of you in every possible way he can. All of these wonderful people make your stay even more special than it already is. So, a huge thank you to all of you for everything you do! I hope to see you all again next summer. ❤️
