Steigenberger Al Dau Beach

We have just stayed at the hotel for a week and cannot fault anything about it. A special mention to the staff that work in all departments. They cannot do enough for you. A special mention to Ahmed on reception who sorted out room change for us without hesitation, who was always so friendly when he saw us and polite… then Ahmed in the buffet area who always greeted us in the adults only with a smile and provided drinks without asking and finally Mo our pool side server who was just the most friendliest and polite person we could of wished for making sure we had plenty of drinks bought to our sunbeds and cleared away quickly. Poolside we were provided with drinks served to our sunbed alongside cold towels and even our sunglasses were cleaned most days. Twice the customer service girl came by to check that we had what we needed for the holiday. Also the small animation team were friendly and we participated in the aqua aerobics every day and there was a pool party on a Tuesday. The restaurants served such nice food and was easy to book from 10-5pm so on our first day we booked one for each evening. Each one had such nice food and again staff went out of their way to look after us. There are 7 including buffet. Rooms were large, clean and provided with a mini bar stocked everyday and in the evening we would have fruit and macaroons. Very helpful cleaner. Spa was lovely. Ladies friendly and paid £50 for a massage which included the use of the sauna and steam etc before her massage. Not much of a place for evening entertainment. A little basic but we were happy just listening to some music before dinner. We did get a taxi to Marina which is worth going too. Paid 200 Egyptian pounds and the guy then came and picked us up again later for the same cost. Don’t pay more than that. The staff here certainly go above and beyond our expectations. Nothing is too much trouble. The grounds are beautiful and clean throughout. I would not hesitate to stay here again and recommend this hotel 110%.

Shocking!!! I booked an elite room and sent a soecial request. We were given a room with industrial fan noise and cooking smells. After nine times here we've been treated with distain 🤬

An excellent resort that delivers a wonderful holiday experience. The hotel offers a beautiful atmosphere, impressive facilities, and a great overall standard of hospitality. The resort is an excellent choice for families, with plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy quality time together. The overall experience makes it a destination worth considering for a memorable vacation. Highly recommended, and definitely a place I would consider visiting again!

We had an amazing family holiday! The service was excellent, the swimming pool was huge, and the food was delicious, varied, and offered a great selection for everyone. Everything was fantastic from start to finish. We have absolutely nothing to complain about and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful family holiday! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Wonderful Holiday at Steigenberger ALDAU Beach Resort! We had a lovely holiday and truly enjoyed our stay at Steigenberger ALDAU Beach Resort! Positive aspects: - Spacious, very clean rooms and excellent housekeeping services. - A great variety of delicious food and good-quality drinks. - Fantastic activities at the Kids Club, where the children had so much fun! Areas for improvement: - Unfortunately, the snorkeling excursion organized by Ilios Dive Club, located on the left side of the beach, was disappointing. Although we paid for two snorkeling sessions, we only had one. There were very few corals, and the experience was nothing special. - The swimming pool water was quite cold, which made swimming less enjoyable. A very special thank you to two wonderful people! ❤️ Daniel, who always made sure we were comfortable and happy whenever we spent time at the beach. His kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care made our stay even more enjoyable! Zika, who brought so much laughter, fun, and positive energy to the children! He truly knows how to make kids smile and create unforgettable memories! Despite these minor drawbacks, we had a wonderful time and really appreciated the hospitality and friendliness of the entire team.
