Steigenberger Aqua Magic

Amazing hotel with great service and professional hospitality, definitely will come again

The worst place ever for logistics

We really enjoyed our stay at Steigenberger Aqua Magic in Hurghada. The hotel is beautiful, clean, has a lovely atmosphere, and offers a great variety of food. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. A special mention and huge thanks go to Mohamed Mahmoud, a waiter at the Magic Flavors restaurant. He is incredibly kind, helpful, attentive, and always has a smile on his face. He always made sure we had everything we needed, and thanks to his wonderful attitude, we felt truly comfortable and welcomed in the restaurant. It is clear that he puts his heart into his work and genuinely cares about the guests. Mohamed, thank you so much for your excellent service and for making our time at the restaurant so enjoyable! It was a pleasure meeting you, and we will definitely remember you. ❤️ We can highly recommend Steigenberger Aqua Magic, and if we return to Hurghada one day, we would be very happy to stay here again. 🌴☀️

Exactly typical excellent stay in all aspects

Steigenberger Aqua Magic is already a fantastic resort, but Mr. Mina Medhat takes the service to a whole new level! Due to a delayed flight, he went above and beyond to extend our room stay and ensure we were completely comfortable. I must also mention the lovely lady who assisted us—to my shame, I forgot her name, but she was so warm and welcoming from day one! Their exceptional kindness and top-notch service sealed the deal for us—we are 100% coming back next year because of them!"
