Steigenberger Aqua Magic

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Aqua Magic. It was our first holiday in Egypt and we will definitely return. The entire staff demonstrated exceptional dedication, friendliness, professionalism, and attentiveness. Our deluxe rooms, 5115 and 5116, were interconnected, offering lots of space, cleanliness, a wonderful view overlooking the pool, and good air conditioning. Solomon our cleaner, was so creative and made our stay extra special. The variety of food options was great; we consistently found appealing choices, even for a picky 9-year-old. We used the main hall and Italian restaurant for breakfast daily, and for lunch, we enjoyed the delicious burgers, hotdogs, and chips. Additionally, self-serve ice cream was a nice bonus. We would recommend this hotel.

Room Location It a great experience for the kids as well

The hotel is very neat, relaxing and at the same time super fun! The kids aqua park and the adults aqua park are very entertaining, the night shows for the kids and the adults are very fun as well. The food and snacks are very good and the service is quick. The receptionists are very helpful and very welcoming. Cant wait for next summer to come again!

The service at the hotel was excellent overall. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and remarkably quick in responding to requests. For a five-star hotel, the level of service was definitely impressive. Unfortunately, the rooms were a major disappointment. In my opinion, the rooms were nowhere near a five-star standard — I would rate them at no more than two stars. The biggest issue was the persistent sewage smell, which was present in the room throughout our stay. We reported the issue to the hotel, but unfortunately, the solution was simply to spray air freshener in the room. This only masked the smell temporarily rather than addressing the actual problem. Overall, while the service was excellent and the staff were genuinely helpful, the condition and quality of the rooms — particularly the persistent sewage odor — were far below what I would expect from a five-star property.
