A truly fantastic experience at Steigenberger Resort Ras Soma! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and exceptionally well looked after. The hotel is beautifully presented, with impeccable quality and attention to detail throughout. What makes it so special, however, is the people. Everyone I encountered was warm, kind and genuinely eager to make my stay wonderful. The restaurant experience deserves particular praise. The food was delicious, beautifully presented and consistently of an excellent standard. Just as memorable was the service: the staff were incredibly attentive, thoughtful and hardworking, always making sure I had everything I needed. They greeted me with smiles and made every meal feel personal and special. A heartfelt thank you to my wonderful waiters, Youssef, Wael, Mohamed, Amr, Abonob and Ahmed. Your kindness, care and attention made such a difference to my stay, and your hard work never went unnoticed. My sincere thanks also go to the talented chefs, Mohamed, Moustafa, Saber, Aya and Eslam, and to Culinary Director Mohamed. The care and dedication behind every dish were clear, and you made dining here an absolute pleasure. A very special thank you to Ahmed, the Assistant Reception Manager, for making it all happen and for looking after me so wonderfully. Your thoughtfulness and personal attention made me feel truly valued, and I am so grateful for everything you did. It is rare to find somewhere that combines such beautiful surroundings, outstanding food and genuinely heartfelt hospitality. Everyone contributed to making this an unforgettable stay. Thank you to the whole team I would be delighted to return!

Khaled cleaned our romm 2164 perfect every day

Steigenberger Ras Soma is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Everything, from the food to the service, was absolutely outstanding, and I honestly have no complaints. Everything is done with the greatest care and attention to detail. All the hotel staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. However, Ahmed Gamal, who looked after us at the beach, stood out to us in particular. He is extremely friendly, respectful, helpful, and attentive. We always enjoyed having lovely conversations with him, which we truly appreciated. He even prepared a little surprise for us for a birthday to make us happy. We were genuinely touched by this thoughtful gesture and appreciated the extra effort he made to make our stay even more special. We are already looking forward to our next visit and sincerely hope to see all the wonderful people at Steigenberger Ras Soma again. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!
