Hotel great. Staff very friendly. Animation team did a brilliant job especially Mia who did a great stretching class and was a lovely friendly girl who took time out to talk to us.

The animation team was amazing especially Mia and V they’re very chatty and fun and try to get everyone involved even when there was limited guests. Animation team especially deserves a shoutout. The sales team is not great though and we had to go round the quiet pool to stop being hounded. Food was okay and lots of variety

This hotel is the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in , my wife has a thing about public toilets, these are so clean. There is someone constantly cleaning them , There are so many staff here to make sure you have the best experience, The food is second to none , so much choice, there are 8 restaurants to choose from , the management are very helpful along with the reception team , I think we will struggle to find somewhere as good in Egypt, We would to thank Tarek Victor for given us advice when we asked him

Lovely place. Animation team great especially Mia! Shout out to Jon and Omar at the swim up bars! The staff work really hard and are always wanting to help- nothing is too much trouble.
