Nice clean hotel with beautiful gardens and a nice pier over the reef,room was always cleaned to a high standard,lots of nice friendly staff What lets this hotel down is the customer service and more than that the food We emailed the resort 3 times before our departure from the UK asking for a ground floor room with a double bed,on arrival we were given a second floor room with single beds,We were returning guests and did not receive any of the perks that returning guests are suppose to receive The food a a major disappointment it was often serviced warm at the best and finding a seat in the dinning room was a lottery depending on the time that you went.Tables were not cleared quickly enough and people were left standing around with plated of food from the buffet in hand

A wonderful vacation! We had a room with direct access to the pool—one of the 8000-series units. The room was spacious, modern, and always clean. The pools are fantastic; you can always find an available sunbed, even though people still use towels to reserve them. The restaurants are good—actually, very good. The main restaurant is extremely spacious and well-organized, so there is never a need to wait in line. There is always a traditional grill station at the entrance, ovens baking traditional bread, and so on. The hotel's highlight is the reef at the end of the jetty. There are millions of fish of all shapes and colors, and the water is crystal clear and always clean, though subject to the usual tides. The water park is huge, with plenty of sunbeds available at all times, and shuttle buses running as frequently as every minute. We stayed at Stella Beach, while the water park is located at Stella Garden—just a two-minute distance between them.

We had a wonderful holiday at Stella Beach! 🌴 The hotel has a beautiful, large territory, many swimming pools, clean and spacious rooms, and a great variety of delicious food. Everything was well organized, and we really enjoyed our stay. A special thank you to Elena from the reception for her kindness, friendliness, and helpfulness. She was very welcoming and made us feel comfortable. Thank you, Elena, for your excellent service and warm attitude! 🥰❤️ We had a great time and would recommend this hotel to others!
