Sunrise Garden Beach

We have just returned from a fantastic family holiday at the Sunrise Garden Beach Hotel in Hurghada, travelling as three families, and we honestly cannot praise this hotel enough! From start to finish, we had the most wonderful time. The hotel itself is lovely, everywhere was spotlessly clean and well maintained, and the food was amazing. We particularly loved the à la carte restaurants, which were all fantastic and made our dining experiences extra special. As a family hotel, the facilities and entertainment were also brilliant. There was so much to enjoy for all ages, with a great range of sports facilities, activities and entertainment. The entertainment team were fantastic, always bringing lots of energy and enthusiasm, and the events and activities organised throughout the stay really added to the holiday experience. There was something for everyone, and we were never short of things to do! However, what really makes this hotel stand out is its staff. Every single member of the team we encountered was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. You genuinely get the feeling that everyone wants to go that extra mile to make sure guests have the best possible holiday. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and the warmth and kindness shown throughout our stay made such a difference. A special mention has to go to the team for making our friend's daughter's birthday so memorable. The housekeeping staff created the most beautiful towel decorations and surprises in the room, and we were treated to birthday cakes both in the room and at the restaurants. The thought and effort that went into making her birthday so special was absolutely lovely and very much appreciated by all three families. We travelled as three families, and everyone came away feeling exactly the same – we had an amazing holiday, made some wonderful memories and couldn't have asked for more. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, particularly for families. As an independent UK travel advisor, I will certainly be recommending the Sunrise Garden Beach Hotel to my clients. It's always lovely to find a hotel where the standard of service, food, cleanliness and genuine hospitality all come together so perfectly. A massive thank you to the entire team, from housekeeping to the restaurant staff, entertainment team and everyone behind the scenes. Your hard work and dedication really do make a difference. We had the best time and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering a holiday in Hurghada. Five stars from all of us! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Super pool party in thi6 hotel and amnice animation

Just back from an amazing week in this fantastic hotel . As a family of 12 we wanted to say a massive thank you to all the teams who were kind , helpful and went out of their way to make our stay so memorable . Special thanks to Helena in the restaurant, Gamal at the pool bar , Mohammed the life guard and Diago from the entertainment team, but they were all amazing. The hotel is spotless , the food was great and with 7 vegetarians in the group we had no problem. Also wanted to say a heartfelt thank you to Dr A and team for looking after my husband when he had a nasty allergic reaction to mosquito bite . We would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely be back Thanks again

We had a great stay there, everything was perfect specially the animation team.
