Swiss Inn Resort Hurghada

Very nice hotel with amazing and kind staff. Me and my family aren't very picky when it comes to food so we really didn't have any problems with it. We don't like too spicy food and I'm surprised to see that some guests are complaining about variety of food or spices, we would always have something that we liked to eat. I think that when you come to other countries have to adapt and have realistic expectations, about food especially. I don't think that there isn't any variation, there are several of restaurants and seems impossible to me to stay hungry, that's possible only if you are really picky. Rooms aren't luxurious but they're spacious and cleaned every day, we didn't have any problems with it. Hotel is placed in very nice area, beach and sea are very clean and beautiful, overall we enjoyed our stay here. I have to say that best thing about this hotel are actually all employees, especially waiter Mohammed and Hamada on the beach and waiter at pool bar, also guys at reception -Mostafa Habib and Radi. I don't remember name of guy who cleaned our room but he made us laugh every day with his towel creations. They're all very hard working and they did all they could to make our stay memorable. I really don't have anything bad to say about hotel, this is pleasant, family place that has great value for this money, if you have realistic expectations you will for sure have great time. The hotel is nice. It is very close to the airport as well as the main street with shops. The hotel's interior is a bit dated, but the staff keeps it clean on a daily basis. The garden is very beautiful and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. It is quiet. Personally, the food didn't suit me; there was too much local cuisine and not enough international variety—many dishes were heavily spiced. I managed to find things to eat, but it was a bit of a struggle for me. I didn't enjoy the entertainment; it was boring, and the team failed to capture the guests' attention. They repeated the same activities every day—Zumba, yoga, aerobics, belly dancing—with nothing different or interesting. The evening program for children was the same every night, featuring the same songs. If you stay for seven days, you do the exact same thing every day; even the children found it boring. There are large swimming pools that were exceptionally clean; the area around and inside them was washed and cleaned daily. The beach was very pleasant and convenient—perhaps the best part of the experience for me. The beach and the sea. The sea was magnificent—crystal clear, blue, warm, and calm. Truly delightful. The staff were polite, attentive, and helpful.

Everything is good. Service and people are great! There is too much food and you can find anyway something that you like to eat. Rooms are clean and the garden is amazing. Nature in resort is like in the dreams... Thank you for everything! Greetings from Serbia. Divnic family :)

Swiss Inn Resort Hurghada – Disappointing Experience Unfortunately, our experience at the Swiss Inn Resort Hurghada was quite disappointing overall. We definitely expected much more from a resort in this category. Our first major disappointment was the food. The resort welcomes international guests, yet we found the buffet to be mainly focused on Arabic cuisine, with a rather limited selection of international dishes. This is not a criticism of local cuisine, which can actually be a wonderful part of a trip to Egypt, but in an international resort we would have expected much more variety and a wider range of options. On top of that, we found the overall quality of the food rather poor. We also tried both the Italian restaurant and the seafood restaurant, and unfortunately we were very disappointed with both: the dishes and overall quality were well below our expectations. Another particularly negative aspect was the SPA, which comes at an additional charge. We found it old, poorly maintained, and with equipment that was not working properly. The jacuzzi, for example, was only partially functioning. Even worse were the towels provided: they were visibly worn out, discoloured and stained, and also had a very unpleasant smell. I will attach a photo which clearly shows the condition of one of the towels we were given. The level of professionalism at the SPA was also very disappointing. For a paid SPA service inside a resort, we would expect completely different standards. We were also disappointed with the management of the beach. At around 6:00 pm, the beach was effectively closed and guests were asked to leave. We understand that a resort may have specific rules and opening hours, but in a destination such as Hurghada, where the sea is one of the main reasons for choosing a resort, we found it very disappointing not to be able to simply stay on the beach towards sunset. However, we would also like to highlight one genuinely positive aspect: the waiters, bartenders and maintenance staff were always friendly, helpful and smiling. They worked hard and did their best to assist guests whenever needed. They were definitely one of the best aspects of our stay, and they deserve our thanks. It is a shame, because with greater attention to the quality and variety of the food, maintenance, and especially the SPA, this resort could offer a very different experience. Unfortunately, our stay was well below our expectations and, in our opinion, not up to the standard we would expect from a resort in this category.

It was our first time in Egypt, so we did not know what to expect.. But we can say that it was much better than we could imagine.. All the working staff were really kind, hard working and made our trip feel fantastic.. Food was amazing, made with care, so tasty.. We had most fantastic view from our room, so sitting on the terace was relaxing and great for chilling.. We need to say that our trip would not be like it was, if it was not for Daria, who always asked us if our time was nice, she was really attentive and caring.. And speciall thanks for Ahmed who is working on the towels, and for Ahmed who is working in the pool bar.. You will be in our hearts, and we can’t wait to come next year to see you all again.
