Swiss Inn Resort Hurghada

The Swiss Inn in Hurghada is an excellent hotel. The rooms are modern, spacious, and impeccably clean. The hotel staff are among the friendliest, most welcoming, and most helpful people I have ever met in any hotel across four continents. A huge thank you to the entire team for your outstanding hospitality. You always greeted us with a smile, took the time to talk to guests, and were consistently kind and attentive. Your service truly made our stay special. The hotel offers several restaurants, and almost all of them were excellent, with a great variety of food and high quality. The only disappointment was the seafood restaurant. The food was very poor. The fish was not cooked properly, and I ordered octopus which was served on top of what looked like an overcooked, burnt mixture covered in butter or other fats. The octopus was tough and simply inedible. I sincerely believe this restaurant should be improved or replaced, as it falls far below the exceptional standard of the rest of the hotel. The pool areas and private beach are spacious, beautiful, and well maintained. There were always enough sun loungers and umbrellas available, making it easy to relax at any time of the day. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel that I would highly recommend. I would happily return.

This is our second visit this year and we are hoping to make it three before the year is out. We think this hotel is fabulous in every department from the cleaning staff right up to the management. Everyone is so welcoming and do there utmost to make your holiday very special. All hotels get some negative reviews because everyone has different requirements but we can honestly say that we can find no faults whatsoever and we will be back ASAP. We love you all.xx

Great hotel. Nice and very clear rooms. Very kind personal. Lots of “ala carde” restaurants with delicios meals. Great madam in the italy restaurant 🥰 Realy safe beach for kids, but the best of our holiday were animation team. Antonia, kids animator, was great. She do this work with a heard 🥰🥰🥰 our kids loved her.. she was only one animator from all our holidays, when our kids were crying for her when we were leaving 🥰🥰🥰🥰

very bad experience never come back Check-out is after 12pm and while you are waiting for the bus to the airport they do not give you access to food and drinks like in other hotels. and no one informs you because you paid for the all-inclusive service and they want to charge you extra for lunch and dinner last day I will never return to this hotel again
