Tropitel Sahl Hasheesh

Amazing hotel. Staff are definitely what make this a 5 star. Everyone is so friendly and bend over backwards for you. We were very impressed with our room cleaner Emad. He is absolute gem of a man. Always happy and making sure we had everything we needed. The pool bar boys David and Melad always made sure we had a drink in our hands! They made the best strawberry gin mojitos! Emad at the lobby bar was also an absolute gem of a man and looked after us very well! The egg man at breakfast was very quick and talented, best eggs ever! Would absolutely recommend this hotel 100% we were all very sad to leave.

I had a great stay at Tropitel with my friend! The service was great and the animation team was amazing, especially Ariel who was very friendly and made our trip even better!

We had an amazing stay in Tropitel! The animation/entertainment team was a bit bonus and they made us feel very welcome. Ariel was amazing and made our trip so much fun! We would love to go back!

spacious room, clean, but quite outdated, good food, beautifully decorated and well-kept resort, but the services (service, hospitality) as well as the drinks and entertainment activities are beyond any criticism.

Very good service from Abdullah in pool bar every day making sure we had drinks and that we are enjoying ourself
