Very good hotel, caters to vegetarians and really thoughtful staff. Great entertainment team really enjoyed our 10day stay

I enjoyed my experience at this hotel very much. The food and drinks were amazing and very flavourfull, and the fruits were very fresh and ripe, especially the mangoes and figs. The a la carte restaurants were amazing with delightfull and fufilling food. The location has a very diverse water fauna. There wasn't a day where I didn't see at least one blue lagoon ray. The staff was very friendly and joyfull. The entertaiment team did an amazing job bringing us fun daily activites on the beach and pool and exciting night shows. Overall, this hotel was an amazing experience weather you are here to relax or go to scuba diving.

I had a wonderful stay. The staff was always helpful and making sure that we have a good time. The food and drinks were delicious, I recommand The mexican a la carte restaurant. The animation team was so friendly and always making sure we had so much fun!

the hotel was amazing and the service in hotel was nice till we decided to go for trip with crazy waves diving center and we meet at reception the manger his name is ( EMAD ) me and my sister just wanted to swim with dolphin and he promise us with private speed boat for dolphin house and swimming with dolphin but we didnt see any dolphin and the boat was so small zodiac and horrible and just took us for less than one hour and the trip should be 4 hours second day of the trip we went to him to discuss about the trip and he told that he don't have anything to do with it and he was flirting with my sister and looking for our body like he never saw woman before or looks like horney and he asked me and my sister to go with him to the city with his Mercedes car he is not normal and not professional and how he looks for us and looking for our body not normal and looks like he never saw woman's in his life i will write same complain against him and against diving center through the England embassy in Egypt and through tourism ministry .

We had the most lovely stay here in Hurghada. The staff were all so helpful and attentive and the food and facilities have been excellent. We loved it!
