Great service by the team, enjoyed my visit here the staff was so polite and helped me with my preference and took care of us very well. Thanks to The manager Ashraf and the staff Ali moudy Ahmed Ragab I highly recommended the place.

I had a great time during my stay, food and beverage and services in general were outstanding. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful, especially one managing staff Ashraf, who have helped me on multiple occasions with a variety of dishes to try and bars to go to. Thank you Ashraf! Can’t wait to come back here again. Definitely advise this place!

The Mexican restaurant is the best out of the 3 included in the all inclusive and for a dinner you ve gotta make a reservation but you can get lunch anytime. The service și great, servers have a sense of humour and food also outstanding.

Well i don t know were to start first time in egypt so out of my comfort zone but i needent of worried this hotel is amazing from the cleaning staff restaurant staff the bar and pool staff the entertainment were all brillant the food is brilliant always a show cooking roast on of the evening pool bars burgers chicken or beef wraps the mexican italian were amazing yes people come round the pool about trips etc but just say no thankyou and its no problem heads up to Qenawy Abdallah Mansour at the bars aswell has all the bar staff made our holiday nothing to much for them amazing staff a credit to this beautiful hotel
