Excellent service and staff. Very friendly and welcoming.

Lovely week away to relax and enjoy the weather and sea. The hotel location was good and the private beach with snorkeling facility was excellent. Room was nice and spacious with comfortable beds. Thabks to Muhammed for cleajing the room and leaving fun towel decorations each day. Only issue with the room was that the bathtub couldn't retain any water, but the shower made up for it instead. Food was good every night with a decent variety of options both usual and unique (the outside area was amazing). Great selection from the salad bar and dessert station! Breakfast started becoming a bit similar every morning but plenty of choice to keep myself happy. Massive shout out and thank you to Mansour at the pool bar who made my time relaxing super enjoyable with drinks being kept topped up constantly; a massive credit to the hotel team and made my time memorable! Overall lovely stay and would love to come back again!

Wonderful stay at Tropitel Sahl Hasheesh! 🌴☀️ We have just returned from a wonderful 11-night stay at Tropitel Sahl Hasheesh and honestly didn’t want to leave! From the moment we arrived, the hotel was beautiful, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was excellent. We were absolutely delighted to receive a room upgrade to the 5th floor with a gorgeous sea view, which made our holiday even more special. We were celebrating my partner birthday while we were there, and the hotel went above and beyond. We were treated to a lovely birthday cake and our room was beautifully decorated. 🎂❤️ A special thank you has to go to Hamdy, our housekeeper, who was absolutely brilliant. He was so friendly, hardworking and attentive, and the birthday decoration he arranged in our room was beautiful. He really helped make our stay memorable and deserves a special mention. The hotel itself is lovely, with beautiful surroundings, a fantastic pool area and everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We particularly enjoyed being able to relax at the resort without feeling that we needed to go out every day. We have made some wonderful memories at Tropitel Sahl Hasheesh and would happily return. Beautiful hotel, staff and location. Currently here for our second visit and will definitely book for 2027. 💯 Recommend to all who are thinking of visiting 🥰
