TUI BLUE Makadi Gardens

Very relaxing and staff were excellent and available to provide support etc to meet customer requirements. The bed was very comfortable. In particular, waiters at the pool, Fahd Abdul (cheery and very responsive), Hussein at the beach and Mahmoud (restaurant waiter). The choice of food was good - the staff were happy to discuss how additional spice would typically be applied to Egyptian.

Situated in a private complex, therefore gives you freedom to explore, feeling safe at all times. Makadi gardens hotel has an excellent staff/guest relations work ethic. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Entertainment is great too. And the animation team really do know how to lift the mood & encourage you to join in. ( or not!) mando is full of energy that is quite contagious. Tarek on reception has the best welcoming smile!… always happy to help. Restaurant staff are non stop ensuring you have all you need to enjoy your dining. And the poolside staff are only a wave away from bringing you regular refreshments! Mustafa, the cheeky chappy will not see you dehydrated! Looking forward to returning for the 3rd year in 2027!

A return to this hotel, the staff make this hotel special, particular shout out to Moustapha, pool. Sayed Ibrahim,. pool. Mohammed, Lido. Ibrahim, restaurant. Mahmood, starbar. Bagshot, our cocktail man! And everyone else, to many to mention. all brilliant. To management, hotel looking a bit tired in places, But overall a great experience.

Just returned from our 6th visit to this wonderful hotel and it was as good as ever. As it was our 6th time there we were added to their wall of fame by way of a plaque and presented with a certificate of appreciation during a presentation which was a nice gesture. All of the staff work incredibly hard but a special mention must go to Moustafa and Islam our pool waiters who do not stop walking around the pool serving drinks all day always with a smile and good humour, I don’t know how many steps they do in a day but it must be colossal. The pool attendants are very helpful and will position your sun lounger and raise your parasol for you throughout the day. The restaurant waiters work incredibly hard as do the evening waiters at the bar to keep you refreshed whilst watching the entertainment. The bedrooms are spotlessly clean and the grounds are immaculate. If you are considering visiting this hotel , the number of returning guests each year tells you everything you need to know about it, you will not be disappointed. Thank you to all the staff at Makadi Gardens for making our holiday special once again and we look forward to seeing you again next year.

Overall good value for money. Pool Area and Fahd in particular was exceptional. Also dining experience at the Grill and Culinarium was excellent.
