Amazing hotel. Food excellent with loads of variety. Resort super clean and tidy. There were cats everywhere which the children loved but could be annoying for some people. The kids club was incredible. Super friendly staff and the kids absolutely loved it. Amazing snorkeling and loads of activities to do every day which is great as the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Would highly recommend and looking forward to returning.

I have just returned from a lovely week here in October. Family 2 adults and 2 teens. We had a great week. The place is beautifully kept. The trees and flowers and grounds are beautiful. Our room was huge with lovely high ceilings. The kids bedroom was completely separate to ours with the wardrobe and bathroom area separating us. We had bathrobes, slippers and a kettle with tea tray. Our fridge was refilled daily with water and cans of pop. I was pleased to have a latch on the door as the door opened straight into the kids room so I felt reassured that nobody could physically enter during the night. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was great with the toilet separate. The shower cubical had a glass door which was not private so I packed my own shower curtain to drape over the door so we could shower privately, while others used the bathroom The fridge was not very cold but kept the drinks chilled if they were at the back. (Fine for drinks, probably not for medication which requires fridge temperatures) Everything worked and was spotlessly clean. The room (22106) was a great room and we loved it. Food: We have visited about 10 TUI 5* AI resorts and this was the best buffet we have ever had. So much cooked and prepared in front of you in the buffet so it was so fresh and had excellent presentation. Simply can't fault it. A huge variety of food to suit everyone. From fussy kids to gluten free / vegan it catered for everyone, at every single meal. The oat milk was not like alpro or oatly but I had brought my own so used that instead. I did NOT see soya or almond milk. I loved the smoothies at breakfast. The speciality restaurants were also fantastic. Excellent food served with love and a smile. The vegan (almond) pannecotta served in the Italian restaurant was one of the best ive ever eaten. Being intolerant to cow milk it was such a treat to have a proper pannecotta. I recommend booking them all. Pools. Lovely and clean. Never busy, pool bars nearby, waiter service, and towel stations conveniently located so you could change your towels as often as you want. Inflatables allowed (bring your own and pump) We all enjoyed the slides. Always plenty of sunbeds. (Nice quality comfortable ones with cushions on top) If you want to be around the activity pool you want to get your towel down before 9am, but always beds on beach and slide pool. It's not something to stress about. Attentive lifeguards ensure safety. Beach. The bay is lovely, so even when it was windy (on 4 / 7 days with pier was red flag due to wind) so can swim and canoe and paddle board and windsurf in calm water. There are Also a few fish to spot including rays and puffer fish. When the pier is open the house reef is amazing. So many fish and if you are lucky you might see a turtle or dolphin. Can also dive from here. Shower available to wash the salt off. Attentive lifeguards make it feel very safe and you could swim as far as you wanted (subject to lifeguards advice) Dont forget your waterproof camera / phone case. There is also the beach bar for drinks and chocolate pancakes. (Lovely spot at sunset) And 3 exercise bikes if you want to have your own biking session whilst watching the sea. Activities: There is so much going on here. We didn't use kids clubs as our child are too old but they looked good Loads of sport activities and exercise classes. I especially loved aqua exercise bike classes. Other options include tennis, football, archery, volley ball, darts, spinning classes, as well as aerobics, Pilates, yoga, Zumba, Nordic waking water classes etc. Plus windsurfing/ paddle boarding / canoe at the beach. Entertainment every evening, with everyone giving it their all. staff: Every single person I encountered was so happy and friendly. Such a pleasant kind team doing their very best to help you have the happiest holiday. WiFi: Not brilliant. Some areas had none. Other areas were better but always slow, then dropped ok. Ok for checking emails but not for video calls. Chill tours: Highly recommend for an amazing trip out. We did the private trip with 3 other familys from this hotel. It was the best day of our holiday. I highly recommend doing a trip with them. We were driven to soma bay where we spent 6 hours on an enormous private yacht including lunch, fruit and unlimited drinks. Incredible. €100 pp but worth every penny. Shops: Didn't use but lots available. Overall we had a lovely memorable October half term week here. You can chill or be as busy as you want. A lovely place in the middle of nowhere in the desert, about 90 minutes from hurgada airport. We were British but I believe most of the guests were German. It was a civilised safe place, and I only saw excellent polite behaviour from all guests including children. (Very different clientele from the holiday village we visited last October) I was slightly concerned about upset tummys etc but we were all fine and did not experience any problems, so needn't have worried. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely return.

Absolutely amazing hotel and staff. Beautiful gardens. Rooms spacious and very clean. Food outstanding. Snorkeling amazing off the pier. I would love to see the female cats neutered. Many of the males are but some obviously having a good time as plenty of kittens still. More feeding stations for the amount of cats needed. The bigger cats chase the little ones away. Still good to see the hotel cares for the cats though. They do an amazing job keeping the undesirables away. Improved Internet would be good. Hopefully the staff will remain after the refurb next year. This place is outstanding in every way. Big thank you to all of the staff, especially Moktar, Kareem, Mustafa Jackson, Farid, Family our room cleaner, Anka guest services. All Absolutely amazing. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.

I had a great experience with TUI! There was always fun activities that you could join and a great restaurants! The activities had good options for both adults and kids (at Mymo-club)! Really impressed with the TUI guides connections and relations to the kids! They checked in on them even if they didn’t have a scheduled activity. And especially with the girls with different nationalities that must have learned German (which must be the most common language at the resort) really well to be able to communicate with the kids! All the games they played looked fun and well prepared! A huge shout-out to the Swedish TUI employee Tilde who took extra good care of us and made us feel very welcomed, showed us around and recommended great activities during our stay. We were extremely happy with her service! An other really welcome addition to the resort was all the cats and kittens who looked really well taken care of. Really nice rooms and a clean environment. Everything from the pool to the beach and green areas was really well kept and tidy. A great and inspiring location! The resort really activated us at the same time as we felt relaxed not having to think or plan to hard about anything.

My experience was very good, espeacially Mymo club, Tilde and nelia was very good with the children, The hotel was good and the food, thank you Kalawy
