A special mention for the male housekeeping attendant, Al Husaein magmoud , who was the best❤️. We stayed in rooms 1022 and 1024, both rooms were spotless every single day, beautifully arranged, and always felt fresh and welcoming. Absolutely exceptional experience! ⭐️ The hotel is beautiful, the service is impeccable, and the entire staff is incredibly kind and attentive. The attention to detail truly made our stay feel special. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would definitely come back! 🤍

Rabie was always so kind, friendly and attentive. Every time he cleaned our room, he surprised our family with a different cute towel animal. 🐒🦢🐘 Our little one was absolutely delighted and always looked forward to seeing what Rabie had created for us next! Our room was always clean, tidy and welcoming, and we truly appreciated the care and attention he put into his work. These little details brought so much joy to our family and made our stay even more memorable. We would also like to give a special thank you to the Reception team for their exceptional care and attention throughout our stay. They made us feel very welcome and did everything they could to make our holiday even more enjoyable. We are especially grateful for the wonderful room upgrade we received. The new room was absolutely beautiful, comfortable and made our stay even more special. ❤️ Thank you to everyone for your kindness, hospitality and for taking such great care of our family. We had a wonderful stay at Xanadu Makadi Bay and would like to thank the entire hotel team for their hospitality, kindness, and excellent service. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome and well taken care of. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Everyone contributed to making our holiday relaxing and enjoyable. We would especially like to mention the two waiters named Ahmet at the Xanadu Club beach. Both of them are incredibly helpful, kind, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their excellent service and friendly attitude made our days at the beach even more enjoyable. They truly deserve special recognition. We would also like to thank Eid, who took care of our room, number 1035. He did an excellent job keeping the room clean and comfortable and was always very helpful and attentive. A big thank you to the whole Xanadu Makadi Bay team, and especially to Ahmet, Ahmet, and Eid, for making our holiday so special. We truly appreciate your hard work and kindness and would be happy to return again!

I have stayed at the hotel four times now, and each time I was thoroughly satisfied. My last visit was in September 2026, and I am planning another stay in October. I have visited with family and friends. I have always been pleasantly surprised by the guest services and the ease of booking a room; my requests were always accommodated. I highly commend the housekeeping, the quality of the food—simply all the services.
