Xanadu Makadi Bay

We really liked everything, we are here for the second year, the staff is great, especially the lifeguard Yasser Khalawi Joudah who was very kind and provided everything if needed, also the bartenders Ahmed Hajjaj and Salah Mohamed do their job very well, we thank you very much and Allam Safwat who works hard and provides everything we need, he works job so well no one else work like him this good. We were only very disappointed in the Ariel seafood restaurant, because the food was poorly prepared and my family and I got poisoned, so we even had to go to the hospital. Thank you for the hotel and rooms it was amazing.

Well thank you to all the staff for another great stay. A big thank you to some special people who went that bit further to make our second stay so good and remembering us, treated like family, Sameh and Syed in the foyer area, Mustapha in the Sky bar and a big thank you to Martina and all the staff in the Italian restaurant. Oh and the other Mustapha at the beach bar. The only let down was the Chinese restaurant where the manager was very abrupt and upset my wife and the food made us ill for our last 3 days, NO TO RICE !

This resort really gives that little bit of EXTRA luxury. The drinks/cocktails are made with extra care, the staff is very friendly and for those who love a Turkish flair: the Turkish coffee, tea and food is an extra bonus. The best place to get it is the BLUE BAR. A great place to relax with very attentive staff! Also, those who love to explore the marine life, the snorkling experience is amazing, You will see the fish and even a baracude, a stingary, a turtle and an octopus 😄 I am a picky person, but I looooved this one :)

I stayed at Xanadu Makadi with Fady Travel, and I would like to thank them for the fast and professional check-in process. Special thanks to the reception team for their warm welcome, the restaurants for the delicious food, and all the staff for always being friendly and smiling. It was a very pleasant stay.

Abdulkarim khalaf is the best bartender, go to the dockery club is gonna be very proffesional and best cocktails and ASK for original ice tea!!! Overall hotel is very good, everyone is very friendly, alkochol is goos too.
