Xanadu Makadi Bay

I rarely write reviews, but this place deserves it! Once you start your holiday there, you are not just a guest, you are part of a big family. The waiters, the bartenders, the staff, the entertainment team, they are all beyond words! I felt so lucky to meet such incredible and full of life people! Kind, friendly, fun, super profesional! The place is extremly clean and beautiful, there is nothing that you need and is missing! The food is very good, very fresh and super various! The room was spacious enough and super clean, always getting surprises in the room! loved everything about this place and i will definetely come again and recommend it with my whole heart for families, couples and everyone who wants to have a good time!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this all-inclusive hotel. Everything from the facilities to the service exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere is relaxing, the food is great, and the staff everywhere in the hotel are friendly and welcoming. Our room was 3130, and it was always perfectly clean and very comfortable. A special thank you goes to A. Rahman A. Naby, who was responsible for cleaning our room. He did an excellent job every day. The room was always spotless, tidy, and beautifully prepared when we returned. He is incredibly kind, professional, and attentive, and you can really see that he takes pride in his work. Small details like the careful arrangement of the room made our stay even more enjoyable. Staff members like him truly make a difference and contribute to a fantastic guest experience. We are very grateful for his effort and friendliness. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. We would happily come back again!

2nd visit to Xanadu and wasn't disappointed. Plenty of options for food and drink available throughout complex with the option of using facilities at Xanadu club next door. Staff all friendly and helpful, food good with plenty of choice. Main buffet restaurant was often busy in evening around 1900hr but Xanadu club was much quieter ( slightly less choice but still plenty) Several Al la carte restaurants which can be booked with the sea food and Chinese being extra although still cheap . We had lobster, shrimps, sea bass all fresh for £60 . Beach area a little crowded with not much space between sunbeds but plenty space around pool with staff regularly coming for drinks orders . We got free upgrade to swim up pool which was nice and sunny ( other side is in shade alot lot of day ) . In all a lovely relaxing stay with decent food and drink, great staff and look forward to a return visit next year 😀
