Really good hotel, good food, perfect people!

I had a wonderful stay at this resort and truly enjoyed every moment of my vacation. The place is beautiful, well maintained, and surrounded by an amazing atmosphere that immediately makes you feel relaxed. One of the highlights was definitely the animation team. They were fantastic: energetic, friendly, and always able to involve guests in fun activities without ever being intrusive. From daytime sports and games to the evening shows, they created a great vibe that made every day special. The food was also excellent. There was a great variety of dishes every day, with fresh ingredients and options for every taste. Everything was well prepared and always plentiful, making every meal something to look forward to. The staff throughout the resort were kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality really made a difference and made us feel welcome from the first day. Overall, it was an amazing experience and a perfect place to relax, have fun, and enjoy the sea. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a great holiday, and I hope to come back again in the future!

The entertainment team take guests' smartphones to write several reviews on Google and TripAdvisor every day. The hotel is nice, but I don't like the cheating; it deserves a 3.7 out of 5 or 7.4 out of 10, no more! I stayed here a little over a month ago.

It is a nice hotel with a goid atmospjere, great meal, friendly animators, and snorchling on the hotel beach. You can find there the Kid zone and also Adults zone. It make sense to come here again. I can give my recommendation.

It was a good hotel. Almost everything was fine. The room was big and well equipped, big and clean. We had several pools. Two of them were heated. There was also a big childrens pool with water playground. The territory with trees and flowers was very beautiful and we really enjoyed to walk. Due to renovation works, the beach restaurant was closed. The only little minus was the food. Although it was good, it was a bit boring as it was always the same. The a la carte restaurants were outside and had cheap plastic furniture. Although the choice in the Amaerican Restaurant was not so good. Like everywhere in Marsa Alam area, the hotel was in the desert and nothing was around. But they offered a shuttle service to Port Ghalib (extra charched).
