I would like to say thank you to all the people working in Three Corners, we had a wonderful time! I recomend It! Animation team Is very good and brings fun to everybody, the guys from the diving are fantastic! Guest relations very nice and helpfull.

It is rare to find a resort that combines outstanding service, excellent organization, genuine hospitality, and attention to every little detail. This has been our experience every time we visit, and once again, this stay exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the Front Office team demonstrated exceptional professionalism. Despite the large number of guests and the simultaneous arrival of several groups, they handled everything calmly, efficiently, and with a genuine smile. They worked incredibly hard to allocate rooms as quickly as possible, ensuring that every guest felt welcomed and valued. It was impressive to see how they managed such a busy arrival without making anyone feel overlooked. I would also like to recognize the Housekeeping team for their remarkable dedication. Cleanliness throughout the resort was outstanding. Our room was spotless, and the same high standard was evident in every corridor, lobby, pathway, public area, and shared space. It was obvious that maintaining cleanliness and guest comfort is a top priority for the entire team. A special thank you goes to everyone working in the restaurants—from the chefs to the waiters and service staff. The food was consistently delicious, fresh, and offered a wonderful variety to suit every taste. The restaurants were exceptionally clean and well organized, creating a pleasant dining experience throughout our stay. What impressed us the most was the kindness and generosity of the staff. Every guest, whether Egyptian or international, young or old, received the same level of care, respect, and prompt service. No request ever seemed too much, and every member of the team was always ready to help with a smile. The restaurant management also deserves recognition. Even during busy meal times, everything was organized so efficiently that there were no noticeable queues or overcrowding. The smooth operation reflected excellent planning and outstanding teamwork. I would also like to express my appreciation to the teams responsible for the swimming pools, water park, and beach. Their professionalism, courtesy, and constant attention to guest safety were truly commendable. They interacted with guests in a polite and respectful manner, offering guidance whenever needed while ensuring that both children and adults could enjoy the facilities safely and comfortably. What truly makes this resort special is its people. Everywhere we went, we were greeted with warm smiles, genuine hospitality, and a sincere willingness to help. These are the moments that transform a good holiday into an unforgettable one. This is one of the main reasons why my family and I have made this resort part of our annual vacation plans since 2021. Every year we return with confidence, knowing that we will receive the same outstanding service and warm hospitality. Finally, words like "thank you" hardly seem enough to express our appreciation. Behind this wonderful experience is a dedicated team working tirelessly to ensure that every guest enjoys a memorable stay. Thank you to every single member of the resort. I spent two weeks at Happy Life Village and was very satisfied with my stay. The resort's greatest strength is undoubtedly the sea. The coral reef is stunning, and snorkeling is an experience not to be missed. The swimming pools are always clean and well maintained, with areas suitable for both adults and children. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming. A special thank you goes to the reception team, who were extremely professional, attentive, and always ready to assist whenever needed. The rooms are spacious, cleaned daily, and well maintained. The food also offers a good variety, with different dishes available every day. The entire resort is well maintained and has a relaxing atmosphere. The entertainment team is present but never intrusive, making the stay enjoyable both for guests looking for fun and for those seeking peace and relaxation. The only negative aspect of my stay concerns the clinic located within the resort. My daughter developed an intestinal illness, and we decided to use the resort's medical service. The first doctor considered it necessary to administer intravenous fluids and antibiotics. During the treatment, I was asked to make an immediate payment of €1,000. The doctor also explained the possible risks associated with dehydration, including potential effects on the muscles and the heart. Faced with this information, I felt I had no real choice but to pay immediately. The following day, I met another doctor at the clinic who was extremely helpful, both in treating my daughter and assisting with the administrative procedures. During our conversation, I discovered that the first doctor had failed to inform me that I actually had two options: either pay the bill myself and later request reimbursement from my travel insurance, or contact my insurance company immediately. In the second case, the insurance company would have taken over the case and managed the administrative process directly with the clinic or, if necessary, with the hospital located just a few metres from the resort. Had I been informed of this option from the beginning, I would have contacted my insurance company immediately instead of being forced to pay such a significant amount upfront. As a result, I now have to wait several months for my insurance claim to be processed, and there is no guarantee that I will be reimbursed for the full amount I was compelled to pay. I would like to stress that this experience concerns only the medical service and does not reflect the quality of the resort itself, which was otherwise excellent. However, I left the clinic with the feeling that the financial aspect had been prioritised over my daughter's well-being. At a time when I was deeply concerned about her health, I felt pressured into making an immediate payment without being informed of all the available options. I felt like nothing more than a tourist to be taken advantage of financially at a moment of vulnerability. In a healthcare setting, this is simply unacceptable. Despite all the positive aspects of the resort, this experience has seriously affected my overall impression. For this reason, I am no longer sure that I would return, and unfortunately I cannot confidently recommend this property to others.

so in my opinion, this hotel was great, some bad things but the animation team really made good vibes.
