Hotel staff are very helpful and polite, even though it was for family's you had the quiet pool and the private beach, food was good always different options. Hotel was lovely but in places it does look tired.

We as a family of 5. 2 adults 3 children.. ages 10, 13, 16. Had a wonderful 2 week holiday here in October. On first impression we arrived really late, but check in was quite smooth and was told food was available for us.. however we opted to head straight to bed.. the hallways and rooms are a little dated but don’t let this put u off as it did for us on late tired arrival. However the whole place is kept immaculately clean.. the dated feeling soon disappeared on the first morning. Our room cleaner was incredible, everyday when we entered our room (we had 2 rooms) the room was spotlessly clean and smelt beautifully fresh and clean with wonderful towel models every day. Food - breakfast lunch and dinner was wonderful, even with one of my children being a fussy eater, she always found something to eat. We never ate at the pool side simply because we lived the buffet food. We did eat once and the beach bar, it was ok, nothing special but if fed us, and saved us the walk back to the main buffet when we wanted beach days! The Ice cream was unreal. So good and the whole family couldn’t wait for the ice creams to be ready at 12. Haha Drinks are ok, wasn’t a huge fan of the cocktails but the beer was quite nice and the soft drinks (cola Fanta sprite) was all real branded and was lovely. I recommend taking your own larger plastic cups or drinks bottle, as the ones provided are very small plastic cups and gone in one swig. The beach is lovely - and the snoring beautiful and good fun. We did 2 excursions, book through Jamal (or as we called him prince ali, he was great and good fun to barter with..and a lovely guy. We did ras Mohammad and White Island, a fantastic trip.. loved the whole day apart from White Island this was a let down.. but the rest of the trip was fantastic We also did the private speed boat, now that was incredible, the snorkelling there was mind blowing! And amazing fun and adrenaline packed! Our favourite trip! the staff at the hotel really do go above and beyond for u, so welcoming so lovely and really do work their socks off to look after u. Cannot praise them all enough. Now!!! The animation team!!! Wow! These guys are absolutely fantastic bunch! Keep u entertained all day with plenty of sport activities to take part in and keep u full of fun and well entertained all day! We’ve been travelling to Egypt for the past 10 years and the entertainment here is by far the very best we’ve seen! Big shout of to Regina, Anna and Sasha (can’t say her name) these girls are truly beautiful souls inside and out, and we loved taking part with them every time they did different activities! We really will miss the team! My children haven’t stopped speaking about them. 💖 They really do deserve a big shout out and round of applause 👏 💖 We arrived home on 23rd October and we are already looking to book it again next year! Overall one of the best family holidays we’ve had. Can’t wait to go back! And just to clarify, the only reason I gave 4 star, is simple because the hotel could do with an update in rooms and hallways! (But this is just minor)

Our experience at this resort was extremely disappointing. The quality of the food was the worst we have ever experienced, and we suffered from stomach problems twice during our stay. If you are a vegetarian, I would strongly advise you to think twice before booking this place, as the food options and quality were simply unacceptable. The resort is run-down and, in our opinion, feels more like a 3-star hotel than a 5-star property. The service was disappointing too. Staff seemed willing to serve beer in a large glass only if you tipped them, which is not the kind of service you expect from a supposedly five-star resort. And seriously, what five-star hotel serves drinking water and tea in paper cups? Also you need to pay 100 EGP for fresh orange juice. Which all inclusive hotel charges for juice? To make matters worse, there were mosquitoes in our room, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. Staff will give you beer in the tinniest glass possible unless you tip them. Looking back, we really wish we had spent a little more money and booked a better resort. Apart from the beautiful beach, this place has very little to offer in terms of food quality, cleanliness, facilities, and overall guest experience. I would also encourage future guests to read the negative reviews carefully rather than relying solely on the glowing five-star ratings, which did not reflect our experience at all. My advice: Save your money, choose a better resort, and avoid the disappointment. A nice beach alone does not make a five-star holiday.

An honest review from a group of 4 ladies.. Rooms, Very clean, above average size Bathroom clean and lovely shower. Food All meals were above average BUT meal times were very short so very busy There was hardly any 'snacks' outside of restaurant open times Bar I have never stayed in an all inclusive the dot and vou cant aet a drink unless you pay. Drinks, cocktails were awful very inconsistent. Small pool (adults only area) was unattended for 50% of the day so service was poor. Not the staff's fault as only one staff member all day who were entitled to a well earned break! Service I have been to Egypt nearly 20 times and can say I have never ever experienced such poor service. We were ignored, spoken to aggressively and made to feel very unwelcome. This was experienced everywhere. Checkin counter, restaurant and even by pool guys. We had to move and put up our own sun brolly, go to the bar for drinks. While families were waited on and served with smiles and chats. Such s shame as its not something I expected in Egypt. Entertainment Now! The young girls went above and peyond to entertain us all. From pool party to nights out. Hard working and always smiling| Well done

Overall was a great family holiday plenty of day trips and entertainment, rooms were clean and tidy but could do with a bit of tlc.All the reps and staff were super friendly, would stay at this hotel again
