Coral Hills Resort

The hotel has really gone downhill, place is very tired and dirty, food disgusting, barely warm, toaster not working since March. Evening entertainment was rubbish. Glasses not cleaned properly, crockery old and chipped, animation team great, staff great, especially barman and poolside bar man Didn't like the way management were always shouting at the staff. Lots of ill people including myself, im on day 6 of diarrhoea arrived home yesterday. Will not be visiting again

Its amazing place 😸 I had a good time with the family and we enjoyed the atmosphere ☺️

Cons. Water in room kept going off, as did the aircon. Service in reasturant chaotic they sometimes forgot the drinks order. We were given flat beer with ouzo in. One barman could not remember what went into a cocktail despite this, being the hotels signature drink he need training. Pool had sand in and broken tiles/slats. Food edible but samey but appreciate they're trying to cater for a lot of different nationalties. The local vodka is like drinking brake fluid 😆 Pro's. A small hotel and all staff were friendly as were fellow holiday makers. Close to towns and beaches. Room and resort in general clean. Reception staff professional. Beds were comfy. Entertainment staff were friendly and good fun and included everyone. Special thanks and shout out to Kerolus on pool bar who made the only decent cocktails/drinks during out stay and was great fun. Chef Mahmoud on grill and crepes who was good fun. Ahmed Samka who was always smiling and was good fun. Thank you to the towel men who were excellent and the cleaners of room 151 for all their creative fun towel art. Ahmed on taxi service what a lovely man. Thank you to Ahmed Bob Spa who kept us entertained and kindly allowed us to use his shower on the last day as there is no courtesy shower room after check out. Overall a fun stay with a couple of blips but you get what you pay for. Would rate this hotel 2 stars not 3. Tips. Do not book horse riding from the hotel with Sam, horses thin and tired, rode in circles in sand next to a road, the bedouin village/tea was a carpet on the sand next to the horses with mice running round, not as advertised don't waste your money. Camel rooftop bar Naama bay was excellent food and coctails.
