This hotel does not deserve a 5-star rating. The actual standard of the hotel is far below what you would expect from a 5-star property. 3. The sports facilities are old, damaged, and poorly maintained. For example, the volleyball net and ball are in very poor condition, and the darts board is extremely old and practically unusable. 4. The hotel management is highly irresponsible and, in my experience, misleading. It gives the impression that guests are intentionally placed in rooms with unacceptable living conditions, only to be asked to pay additional money if they want to move to a better room. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel claiming to be 5-star. 5. The food is extremely disappointing and tasteless. The selection is also very limited, with very few options available. 6. The evening entertainment is very low-budget and disappointing. If you are expecting the quality of entertainment normally associated with a 5-star resort, this is definitely not the place for you. 7. The hotel infrastructure is very old and clearly needs significant renovation and maintenance. 8. The late check-out policy is also very misleading. Guests are repeatedly told that a late check-out will be decided on the final day. However, when the time comes, the reception staff immediately claim that there is no availability, despite the hotel being far from fully occupied. In my experience, the information provided by the Front Desk is simply not trustworthy. The only positive aspect of this hotel is the service staff. They are genuinely kind, helpful, and seem sincerely sorry that guests have been sent to this hotel by their tour operators. Unfortunately, their efforts cannot compensate for the serious problems with the management, reception, food, facilities, and overall hotel standards. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel and I certainly would not consider it a 5-star property.

Overall a fantastic two weeks, the all inclusive food was very mixed but so cheap to eat out with restaurants next door, the room was spacious and cleaned every day, hotel entertainment as you would expect from a hotel, location is fine but need induce or taxis but what really made this stay special are the Staff, absolutely incredible from the room cleaner the reception bar staff, and the pool staff but I have a special mention for Amir who runs the evening restaurant and outside drinks. The big downside is you check out by 12, I am then getting picked up at 6 but they cut your all inclusive band off so you can’t have lunch or drinks, I have never had this in any resort so they need to change that rule All in all a great holiday

Just returned home from this hotel and wanted to share our experience. The rooms were cleaned every day and the view from our room was amazing. The pool staff couldn’t do enough for you and always made sure you had everything you needed. We ate at the Grill House, Asian House and My Place, and the food was good. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to try the Fish Market because our group of four all became ill two days into our stay with really bad stomach problems. We’re still not 100% after being home for 7 days. We couldn’t eat and could only manage to drink water, so sadly we missed out on a lot during our holiday. We found most of the staff very friendly, especially Amir in the restaurant, who was amazing. Unfortunately, we found some of the reception staff rude and unhelpful. The things we weren’t happy with were having to pay for ice cream as it wasn’t included in the all-inclusive package, not even in the restaurant. The drinks also weren’t great — all the cocktails seemed to taste the same and, in our opinion, definitely tasted watered down. The all-inclusive wristbands are removed at 12pm on checkout, regardless of what time your flight is. They will allow you to have lunch if you missed lunch on your arrival day, but you are only supposed to have water to drink. We have never experienced this at an all-inclusive hotel before. We were allowed to use the spa shower facilities on our last day. Unfortunately, there was no privacy. A member of the spa staff was sitting waiting for her client to come out of the sauna while we were trying to get dressed, and then two men were brought in to use the steam room while we were still there. We found this very uncomfortable and quite unbelievable. On the positive side, the beach and coral reef are amazing, with so many beautiful fish to see. However, the entertainment didn’t really cater for English guests and was mainly in Russian. Overall, there were some lovely aspects to the hotel, especially the rooms, views, pool staff and beach, but unfortunately, because of the illness, the issues with the all-inclusive arrangements, drinks and entertainment, we wouldn’t return.

This was our 4th time here and this time we came with our daughter and husband. It was good to see improvements have been made to the hotel and it is being kept much cleaner. We love the reef here and the great views. I even swam with a large turtle one day. Loads of fish and great coral. Nice shady areas to relax too. The staff were all very friendly and helpful especially Ahmeer and his team in the restaurant and bar area. The food was well presented, very tasty and lots of variety. We enjoyed massages in the spa too. The small shop by the beach is handy and good prices without all the haggling. The hotel room is a bit dated but it was clean and all worked.

I wanted to give a fair and honest review of the hotel and facilities. The hotel is very dated and desperately needs some renovation but it is generally kept tidy and clean. It is at best a 3 star hotel and does not give the impression nor provide the facilities or experience you would expect a 5 star hotel which includes having your wristband cut off at 12 noon on the day you are leaving which prevents you from having an evening meal before a late night flight. Having said that, missing a meal at the restaurant was a blessing since the offering is abysmal with very limited choice apart from rice and fries and 3 out of 4 of our group suffering with diarrhoea at different times throughout our 7 day stay. I have seen others describe the main restaurant as a zoo and it is completely accurate. When we were there another guest described it as a “scrum” which was also descriptive of the event. Most other guests think nothing of cutting right in front of you whilst you are waiting for food, we have never seen anything like it. Other guests exude greed like nothing we’ve seen before with no regard for others waiting for food and take copious amounts of food to their table including fries, toast, eggs (we saw one person with 19 boiled eggs on their plate!) and breads which were often merely for decoration and would be left wasted on the table. The rooms were basic with everything you needed. The pool area was fine with lots of sun loungers and lovely lifeguards. The staff were the only redeeming feature of the hotel, they work very hard and still ensure you enjoy your holiday. On balance we would definitely not return and would not recommend to others.
