We had a wonderful stay at Ivy Cyrene Island Hotel. The food was delicious with plenty of variety every day, and the rooms were always clean and comfortable. What truly made our holiday unforgettable was the entertainment. A special thank you to Eliana, the Italian animator, who was amazing from morning until evening. She was the only entertainer who spoke with every guest and made everyone feel included. She speaks Italian, English, Russian, and Arabic, which made it so easy for guests from different countries to connect with her. We absolutely loved her Zumba classes, aqua gym sessions, and the fantastic evening mini disco, which was fun not only for the children but also for the adults. Her energy, kindness, and passion made a huge difference to our vacation. Thank you, Eliana, and thank you to the entire Ivy Cyrene Island Hotel team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would happily come back again!

Horrible 4* This is 1* no more Booked 10 days in advance and upon arrival they didn't provide the number of rooms booked, the water wasn't hot, the air conditioning was broken with no solution offered, and on top of that, the reception staff were in a bad mood.
