JAZ Dahabeya

We were really impressed with this hotel. From the moment we checked in until the time we checked out everything was smooth and efficient. Front desk staff were extremely helpful and management were also very attentive especially when we had to move rooms due to an unforeseen power cut. The hotel is very attractive and everywhere is ultra clean. The rooms, especially the garden view rooms, were well equipped and the beds really comfortable. The main buffet restaurant serves a huge selection of delicious food catering to all tastes. There was a barbecue every evening serving a selection of meat and fish. The desserts were incredible - don’t even think about dieting while at this hotel. The restaurant staff were very efficient and attentive. If I had to suggest an improvement I would say a different brand of coffee would be welcome eg Illy or Carluccio’s. The pool is huge and again, ultra clean. The water was a little chilly hence it was never very busy. There’s a beach bar/cafe where the guys were welcoming and helpful. At a small additional charge you can treat yourself to a Movenpick ice cream, which was well worth €2. The sun loungers on the beach were not the most comfortable but were sufficient. The evening bar staff were great, serving delicious drinks always with a big smile. The Magic Entertainment Crew were absolutely brilliant 🤩🤩 . Can’t speak highly enough of them. They had us doing stretch classes, aqua-fit, volley ball, dancing & even karaoke!🎤 it was such a fun time and the crew were just so lovely 🥰 and we will miss them all 😢

Pepsi (Abdelrahman) was hands down the best bartender at JAZ Dahabeya, and in mine and my friends opinion, the best in all of Dahab! His drinks were absolutely incredible, but what truly made the experience so special was his outstanding service and genuine kindness. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always went above and beyond to make sure we were having the best time!

After 18 trips to Egypt this was easily my favourite hotel. Every aspect was exceptional. The staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. The hotel was always immaculately clean and tidy. The main restaurant provided a wide variety of good quality different foods and drinks. Out initial room was very well maintained and we had no issues at all. There was an external power failure at the hotel outside of their control after 5 nights that required us to move rooms, the hotel offered us several different rooms until we found one we wanted to stay in, they were very helpful in changing rooms. All the hotel staff, especially the Front desk guys were fantastic, thanks to Osama and the Hotel Manager for their constant assistance. The entertainments guys were also great fun, I took part in more guest activities than I've ever done before due to they enthusiasm. Highly recommend this hotel if you are thinking of staying in Dahab.
