JAZ Mirabel Beach Resort

Came here to celebrate my partners birthday and they went above and beyond to make is special for her! We’re sad to be leaving in a few days time but have throughly enjoyed our stay all the entertainment team have been so friendly and helpful making our stay so enjoyable, the bar staff especially Mohammed makes amazing cocktails for us all day long. Cannot thank everyone enough for making our stay so enjoyable!

Overall poor experience with this hotel. There is no option for bottled water, the water machines and slush machines filled with tap water which is a no in Egypt. I had to change my room keys 8 times due to them not working, which was a lengthy walk to reception to do so. Me and my partner appeared to have signs of food poisoning twice in our week stay, and had to use the on site pharmacy twice for medication as a result of this. There was never any restaurant food basics ready at meal times there was lengthy waits for basics like chips. When eating at lunch at the snack bar it is table service never once did we receive our full order which was asked for. At the snack bar there is a large presence of birds which sit on the table and chairs and these are not cleaned down before the next person uses them. In order to get sunbeds at the 18+ pool you would have to get up around 6:30 am as they are all taken my 7am. Definitely won’t be back at this hotel, the only positive is that the bar staff are very pleasant and are always trying to do their best for you.

Rooms are in need of an upgrade but are always very clean. Hammala kept us supplied with tea, coffee etc and made sure we were always happy with the room. The outside areas are immaculate with plenty of space and sunbeds. The let down is the lack of service at the lobby bar, enough waiters to collect empty glasses but reluctant to refresh drinks unless you tipped resulting in long queues at the bar.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at JAZ Mirabel Resort. The food was delicious, with a large buffet offering different specialties every day. There are several well-maintained swimming pools, and the sun loungers are nicely spread out, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Our room and bathroom were both very spacious, as was the terrace. We would definitely recommend this hotel. We had a wonderful experience and truly enjoyed our stay!

Location great, atmosphere amazing, rooms exceptionally clean, value for money was brilliant. Noise level great, service was amazing and especially amenities.
