JAZ Mirabel Beach Resort

Really good atmosphere. The food is amazing and the staff are so lovely. We went to the Moonlight al e carte, and the food was delicious. The staff were so lovely and accommodating (especially Islam:) I really recommend the stuffed mushroom. Thank you.

Came here with my daughter and 13yr old Grandaughter who is autistic.she loved the beach parties.the loud music never bothered her one bit.she loved the pool guy who would always sing to her and she would join in every time she saw the cleaner Mohammed she would shout to him and he would wave .we where in room 2147.we hope all to come back next year I will be back in dec for 2weeks can't wait see you all then

Arrived home last week after a brilliant 21 days stay at Jaz Beach Hotel. This being our7th visit within just over 2 years. Adults restaurant Food Warmers had been changed since we were there in May, found a big difference in the food temperature all food was always hot and food changed regularly Chef Ahmed was on the ball making sure everything was kept Fresh and nice and Hot, Breakfast was a Good selection and the man at the Fresh Egg Station done an amazing Job, as did all the staff in the Adults Restaurant, thanks guy , If there is something you Fancy that's not on the Menu inform Chef Ahmed and he will cook you anything you request. We had the same room as always, we requested before our arrival ( Non Slip Shower Matts ,Bed Toppers and Very soft Pillows ) all were done before our arrival, Jamal and Weil kept our Room Clean and topped up with plenty of Water Coffee Creamer etc, thanks to both of them. We were on the ground floor for 21 days and both of us were never bitten by Mozzies at all but we did use Mozzie spray a lot especially at nigh time, but we did see some people who got really bitten to bits, the Hotel did Spray and Fog the resort quite regularly. Saying that Mosquito season in Egypt, September represents the absolute annual peak for mosquito intensity, Guest Relations as usual were around the Resort twice a day in 40°C heat, Our Special thanks to a Very Special lady Menna , who was simply the best during our 21 days, nothing was a problem for her and any requests we had were handled promptly and professionally by her, she is the Star of the Hotel. Thanks again to all the Jaz Beah Hotel Team for another great holiday We will be returning early December for a few weeks

Overall a great experience with great staff. The room was ok. And clean every day. The pool experience was great with amazing staff.

We were very pleased with everything at the hotel! During our 4-night stay, we dined at three à la carte restaurants, and the food quality, service, and staff were all excellent. Our room was cleaned every day, and we never experienced any hygiene issues. I would especially like to thank Mr. Kadry, who has been helping us with everything since the day we arrived, as well as all the other staff members for their kindness and hospitality. I highly recommend Jazz Mirabel Beach Resort in Sharm El Sheikh to everyone. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel!
