JAZ Mirabel Park & Club

I visited Jaz Mirabel Park for 10 nights about a week ago, and honestly, I wish I could have stayed even longer! I also visited last December, which was one of the best holidays I’ve ever had, so I knew I had to come back — and once again, I wasn’t disappointed. Sadly, most of the animation team I met last year had moved on, but I was still lucky enough to meet up with some of them again. The new animation team more than made up for it, though, and I had the best time. I’ve made so many amazing memories that I’ll remember forever. A huge shoutout to the animation team on the park side — Wania, Amir, Angel and Toni! They were absolutely brilliant and did such a fantastic job getting everyone involved in all the activities. There was always something fun going on, and they made sure everyone felt welcome and included. I also joined Amir on a few nights out to the nightclubs, and I felt completely safe and comfortable going out with him. It really added to the experience and made my holiday even more memorable. Overall, I had an absolutely amazing time at Jaz Mirabel Park. The staff, entertainment, atmosphere and activities made it such a special holiday. I’ve made memories I’ll never forget and would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun, friendly and unforgettable holiday!

Overall experience was great. Hotel atmosphere was good and had everything for solos, families or couples. Whether you want activities or just chill this resort had it all. Food was great. Lots of choice and the speciality restaurants were great too. Location was OK. Just 10 minutes from the airport and some local shops to browse and haggle with. Rooms were spacious and clean. Could do with a bit of an update as hairdryer was faulty (may want to take your own if you have long hair) but generally this was great value for money. Staff were generally excellent with many going over and above to make your stay feel special. From life guards helping you with your towels and setting up your sun bed to waiters and chefs preparing your food and drink before you have even asked and housekeeper. A big shout out must go to 3 people that were exceptional. Wani - from the activities team. Even though we don't necessarily take part with many of the activities. She came over to introduce herself and ensured we spoke to her about anything if we were unhappy or had any concerns. Checked up on us daily and was ready to help at any costs. Such friendly young lady. Omar - BBQ Chef in the buffet restaurant. OMG. It's his fault I put on too much weight. He was amazing. Massive smiles and greetings when entering the restaurant and would also cook anything that I wanted and gow i wanted. Even if not on the menu. (Hope that doesn't get you in trouble Omar 😂) Again he ensured we were having the best experience. Hassan - Bar tender /waiter in the pool bar. What a genuinely lovely guy. Again he made us feel like we were the only people around the pool. Waiving at us from a distance and making sure we were OK. Remembering our favorite drinks at certain points of the day and delivering them with a smile. If we went to the bar he acknowledged us and sent us back to our sun beds bringing a drinks to us. An asset to the hotel and an amazing individual. Thanks to everyone and especially to the 3 above.

Came on holiday to celebrate my birthday and wow they have gone above and beyond, decorated my room to surprise me had a home made cake in the room also, around the pool the entertainment team who we have been getting to know (Angel and Mario) made it so special around the pool singing happy birthday and surprising me with balloons in the pool and activities to celebrate along with Mohammad who works on beach side pool bar creating amazing cocktails for me all day long. Have throughly enjoyed my birthday and cannot wait to come back again next year!

Lovely time at Jaz Mirabel hotel rooms and hotel were so clean and beautiful, beach close by. All staff were amazing especially with the kids. Wani was absolutely amazing so much time for everyone and so helpful.

We have just had a fantastic 1week stay at the Jaz Mirabel Park Hotel and couldn’t fault it. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout, and the rooms and public areas were always beautifully maintained. The staff were wonderful — so friendly, welcoming and helpful, always with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. The service was excellent from start to finish and really made our holiday special, from bar staff, cleaners, life guards to management, The entertainment was brilliant, with plenty to keep everyone entertained and a lovely atmosphere throughout the hotel, A special thank you to Wani one of the entertainment girls, she made our holiday a fun and memorable one, dancing, & information, she was so pleasant, and a credit to this hotel. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend Jaz Mirabel Park to anyone looking for a clean, friendly hotel with great service and entertainment.
