JAZ Mirabel Park & Club

Just back from 2 weeks at Jaz Mirabel Park, arrived late and straight into the 24 hour bar to such a warm welcome and the best cocktails and when we were ready 2 hours later, reception staff showed us to our room and took our cases with a smile on his face, we have had the best time, the resort is absolutely beautiful, always plenty of sun beds and the staff are just second to none, so friendly and helpful….Wani from the entertainment team..what a lovely young woman…we struggled to book the Chinese restaurant and I sent her a quick WhatsApp and she sorted it all out, she always stopped to speak to us and ask how we are and if there was anything at all we needed just to ask. We had a few firm favourites Osama - restaurant waiter, he left for leave after our first week and we missed him. Hassan - pool bar man just so happy alll the time and always happy to bring our drinks. Gamal - the spa rep, explained thoroughly all of our options and spoke to us every single day even once we had booked, the spa was fabulous, very professional and probably the best massage I have ever had. Sultan - Diving excursion…what a guy. Abduhla - Speedboat excursion, so funny and he even came out of his way to say goodbye to us. Mahmood & Mohammed - our lifeguards and kept the best sunbeds for us everyday, smashing young men. Gamal - restaurant chef..he was amazing and the food was delicious. Mohamed - barman at hotel terrace entertainment, he was always straight over and didn’t need to go to the bar once. Our favourite Hisham - snack bar waiter…everyday, we didn’t even need to order our drinks, he knew exactly what we wanted and always had our waffles with Nutella ready for us after our meal, so welcoming and friendly, he was just an absolute sweetheart. Hassan - barman at reception bar, he was just fantastic and always bringing our drinks to us, all staff are a credit to this beautiful resort, every single one always had a hello and a smile. My Husband and I had an amazing fortnight and didn’t want to leave, our room was perfect on the ground floor and right at the pool, the only issue was mosquitoes which can’t be helped but the bites were worthit for the experience we had, I would recommend skin so soft and take antihistamines. Anyone who has a bad review on this place needs their head checked and the guaranteed sunshine everyday was just the icing on the cake.

The staff were excellent, friendly, and pleasant! Everyone was incredibly kind to us and made our stay wonderful. Special thanks to Hasan and Mohamed, who worked at the reception bar. Upon our arrival, we were welcomed by the supervisor, Ahmed. He checked us into our room ahead of schedule and let us know we could turn to him with any questions, issues, or needs. We have absolutely no complaints regarding the hotel staff or the quality of service. Thank you for the warm hospitality and the wonderful experience!

Nice hotel, nice people, good food, i eish there were more water slides, but overall, the experience was good!

We had an amazing 2 weeks stay at JAZ Mirabel. It’s our 3rd time in Sharm el Sheikh. Myself and my husband had a brilliant time, it was our first time staying at this resort. We were upgraded to a family room, it was perfect with plenty of room and can not thank Mohamed for always looking after us and the amazing towel art. Also a big thankyou to the life guards, Mohamed Salah and Mahmoud Mady. They made our pool days fun, always laughing and smiling, making sure our sun loungers were ready every day and bringing me flowers. And we want to say a massive thankyou to Hassan Abbas at the pool bar. You made the best cocktails and looked after us everyday Thankyou for the excellent customer service .

Great resort, food selection excellent, staff very friendly / helpful, rooms spacious but maybe in need of updating. Main issues were the noise "pollution" from the evening entertainment, not everyone wants to be subjected to nightclub levels of sound / bass almost every evening.
