Everyone is super kind and always ready to help. Food is amazing and the guys working at the buffet are super friendly, fun but still professional. Amazing stay, recommended.

Arrived in Oct hotel spotless lovely pool beautiful and cold .food wasent that good presentation was terrible tasteless was refused to get water when we ran out only was given 1 bottle a day.entertament was totally awfull the entertainment team was as bad they played music for the Russians and foriners they must of give more tips than the British was complaint about them the team was a disgrace.was refused to get a coffee after 9.15 at night disgusting the hotel was in the middle of nowhere good job there was a taxi man in the main reception area the hotel has put me off going to sharm el sheikh never again will I visit egypt again.i must mention the guy life guard looked after us with the towels glad someone did .WE DIDN'T HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT THE HOTEL WOULDN'T GO AGAIN

My partner and I had a lovely holiday at JAZ Neo Sharks Bay. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the friendly team and enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere throughout our stay. The restaurant was a real highlight, with a great selection of delicious food and drinks to suit different tastes. The staff were attentive, professional, and always happy to help, making every meal a pleasant experience. It was the perfect place for us to spend quality time together, unwind, and create wonderful memories. We would definitely recommend this hotel to couples looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway in Sharm El Sheikh!
