A wonderful, energetic vacation; the food was top-notch, the fish in the sea were beautiful, and the animation team—the young women—were excellent, especially during the fantastic themed parties with their elaborate costumes.

Welcome to the absolute best hotel in Sharm—undisputed! These were some of the most wonderful days of my life. Everything was perfect: the cleanliness, the food, the treatment, the joy, and the laughter. The entire Egyptian staff was fantastic—from the restaurant team and the shisha lounge staff to the reception team—everyone was wonderful. And the Russian activity staff—especially Sasha and Karina—are such sweethearts! I will definitely be back, God willing. Oh, precious Egypt—the "Mother of the World"—and this beautiful hotel! ❤️😘 Truly one of the most amazing experiences ever.

Had an amazing time here..Been to sharm now for 30 year's..Definitely 1 of the best hotels I've stayed in...Even on arrival the hotel sucurity was even very welcoming. The service..the reception..the food..the rooms was brilliant...My only slight problem was could have done with a heated pool..it was freezing lol...but honestly fantastic hotel...Management coming round every day to check on guest was awesome. Will be back ..

To the staff (Maha at the utopia bar, manager Mohamed of Utopia bar, pool man / lifeguard Mahmoud of Utopia bar, and room service Moustafa gamal). You made our experience worth all the money and more. Sure there might of been small issues with the hotel here and there (eg the noise!) but your service and tenacity to ensure we had a good time made it the best experience of a holiday we have ever had. From bespoke drinks, tweaks to the food, beautiful towel animals in the room, making our experience at the pool so relaxing, kind smiles and always always being willing to help in any way possible... You made it feel like a home from home and the hotel will do well to thank you for your service, it would not of been the same without you and I will miss you all greatly. Everything was so clean every single day!
