Wonderful holiday in super hotel.Aqua Park is amazing, full of slides and pools for everyone. The service is superb, specialbthanks to all reception staff.

Our stay at Pickalbatros Aqua Park Resort in Sharm El Sheikh was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. We spent a very enjoyable holiday here, and overall we were extremely satisfied with the hotel, the service, the food, the entertainment, the swimming pools, and especially the amazing aqua park. There are many things that made our stay special, and I would happily recommend this hotel to families, couples, and anyone looking for a relaxing and fun holiday in Egypt. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we received a warm welcome. The check-in process was smooth and the reception staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. They explained everything clearly and were always ready to answer our questions. It was a very good first impression, and throughout our stay we noticed the same friendly attitude from the staff in different areas of the resort. The hotel itself is beautiful and very well maintained. There are many green areas, flowers, palm trees, swimming pools, and attractive places where you can relax. The resort has a pleasant holiday atmosphere, and it is easy to forget about everyday life once you are inside. Everything feels bright, spacious, and designed for guests to enjoy their vacation. Our room was comfortable and clean. The room was cleaned regularly, and the housekeeping staff did a very good job. Fresh towels were provided, and the room was kept tidy during our stay. We appreciated the attention to detail and the fact that the staff were always polite and respectful. Coming back to a clean and comfortable room after a long day at the pool or aqua park was always a pleasure. One of the biggest highlights of the hotel is definitely the aqua park. It is fantastic, especially for families and anyone who enjoys water attractions. There are many different slides and attractions, so you can spend hours there without getting bored. The aqua park is well organized, and there are areas suitable for both children and adults. The children can have fun safely while adults can enjoy the larger and more exciting slides. The swimming pools are another great feature of the resort. There are several pools, so even when the hotel is busy, it is possible to find a comfortable place to relax. The pools were clean and the surrounding areas were generally well maintained. We especially enjoyed spending time by the pool during the warm afternoons, enjoying the sunshine and having refreshing drinks. The food was also a very important part of our holiday, and we were pleased with the variety of choices available. There was something for everyone, including different types of meat, chicken, fish, vegetables, salads, rice, pasta, potatoes, bread, desserts, and fresh fruit. Breakfast was also very good, with many different options to choose from. We especially appreciated having both local and international dishes available. The restaurants were busy at certain times, which is normal in a large resort, but the staff worked hard to keep everything organized. Tables were cleaned quickly, food was replenished regularly, and the restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. We never felt that there was a lack of choice. Every day there was something different to try, and we enjoyed discovering new dishes. The drinks and snack options were also convenient. There were several places around the resort where guests could get drinks and refreshments. This was particularly useful when spending the whole day around the pools or aqua park. We never had to go far to find something to drink or eat. The staff deserve special praise. What really makes a hotel memorable is the people who work there, and at Pickalbatros Aqua Park we met many employees who were genuinely kind and helpful. The reception team, housekeeping staff, restaurant employees, bar staff, pool attendants, and entertainment team all contributed to making our stay enjoyable. We would especially like to thank the housekeeping team for keeping our room clean and comfortable. We also appreciated the restaurant staff who worked hard every day, even during the busiest periods. Their smiles and friendly attitude made a difference. The entertainment team was another positive part of our holiday. There were different activities during the day, and in the evening there were shows and entertainment. There was always something happening, but at the same time it was possible to find quiet places if you simply wanted to relax. This balance was very nice. The atmosphere throughout the resort was friendly and relaxed. There were many families enjoying their holidays, but we also saw couples and groups of friends. Everyone seemed to find something to enjoy. The hotel provides plenty of activities, so you can have an active holiday or simply spend your days relaxing by the pool. We also appreciated the location in Sharm El Sheikh. The area is convenient for a holiday, and the hotel provides everything needed for a comfortable stay. If you want to explore more of Sharm El Sheikh, there are opportunities to go on excursions and visit different attractions in the area. Another thing we liked was the overall organization of the resort. Despite the size of the hotel and the number of guests, the staff made a good effort to keep everything running smoothly. The common areas were maintained, the pools were looked after, and the restaurants were organized efficiently. For families with children, I think this hotel is particularly attractive. The aqua park provides hours of entertainment, and children have plenty of opportunities to play and enjoy themselves. Parents can also relax while the children are having fun. The variety of pools and activities means that you do not have to leave the resort to have an enjoyable day. At the same time, adults can enjoy the hotel without children as well. There are relaxing areas, comfortable places to sit, bars, restaurants, pools, and entertainment. The resort has enough space that you can choose whether you want to be active or simply enjoy a peaceful afternoon. We also liked the overall cleanliness of the hotel. The public areas were regularly maintained, and our room was cleaned consistently. Cleanliness is very important to us when choosing a hotel, and we were happy with the standard during our stay. The service was another strong point. Whenever we needed help, the staff were willing to assist us. Even small things, such as answering questions, helping with directions, or explaining hotel facilities, were handled politely. We never felt ignored. Of course, no large hotel can be perfect in every single detail, and there can be busy periods when restaurants or pools are more crowded. However, these things did not have a negative impact on our overall holiday. The positive aspects of the resort were much more important, and we left with many wonderful memories. One of our favorite parts of the stay was simply the feeling of being on holiday. Waking up, having breakfast, spending time at the aqua park, relaxing by the pool, enjoying good food, and then watching the evening entertainment made each day enjoyable. The resort offers everything you need for a comfortable all-inclusive vacation. We would also like to mention the friendly attitude of the employees. A smile and a kind word can make a big difference when you are traveling, and we experienced many such moments during our stay. The staff clearly work hard, and we appreciate their efforts. Overall, Pickalbatros Aqua Park Resort exceeded our expectations in many ways. The combination of a beautiful resort, comfortable rooms, good food, excellent aqua park, swimming pools, entertainment, and friendly staff made our holiday very enjoyable. If you are considering staying in Sharm El Sheikh and are looking for a resort with plenty of activities, especially for families, I would definitely recommend considering Pickalbatros Aqua Park Resort. It is a place where you can relax, have fun, enjoy good food, spend time in the sun, and create great memories. A special thank you to everyone who works at the resort. From reception and housekeeping to the restaurant teams, bartenders, pool staff, aqua park employees, and entertainment team, everyone contributed to our experience. We truly appreciate the hard work and hospitality. We left the hotel feeling happy and grateful for the wonderful holiday we had. There were many memorable moments, and we hope to return again in the future. Pickalbatros Aqua Park Resort gave us exactly what we were looking for: relaxation, entertainment, delicious food, friendly service, and lots of fun. Thank you to the entire Pickalbatros team for making our stay so enjoyable. We will remember this holiday with a smile and will be happy to recommend the hotel to our friends and family. We hope to come back to Sharm El Sheikh and stay here again in the future!
