Great place. Very large area and beautiful. Perfect with kids. Personal is really sweet and helpful.

All was good, there were so many good pools and the ocean was close and easily accessible through the bridge. Swimming opportunities were great. Rooms were good, but one of the rooms air conditioner didnt work when we arrived. There were many different restaurants and eating opportunities. When our rooms were cleaned, they didnt restock toilet paper or shower gel. The food was good. The music played during dinner for example was too loud for me. People and staff were nice but sometimes could have been more supportive or talkative and try to help when i have a problem, but most of the time they did that. Very good hotel and very good pools and very good chicken shawarma. The tours and possibilities and excursions and transportation were also good

Great family hotel - just stayed with my active 7 yo boy and he had rocked the place 😁 Aquapark, parties, serf -board, cycling carts on the beach, sports, shows (circus night was amazing), kids club when I got completely exhausted and fun activities with animation team for both adults and kids. Greatest thing about the aquapark - lift which gets you to the top, you don’t need to climb upstairs carrying inflatable ring. Despite large capacity (over 500 rooms) -doesn’t feel crowded: territory is huge, lots of pools and bars, Yes, main restaurant and reception may get busy but nothing dramatic, lunchtime and dinner you will have plenty of options to eat, it’s hard to stay hungry there - quite opposite ☺️ alcohol local, but that’s the way it is in Egypt, beer is actually quite good (I don’t drink beer usually but Sahara beer served cold at +30 is really makes difference ). Very clean and well maintained, lobby’s polished granite floor is literally squeaky clean, hotel is really looked after and guest relations are looking after guests . In general - combination of price and quality is very good in this property and in the Pickalbatros chain as well.

Stayed for 11 nights in October. The hotel is breathtaking first one we’ve been to with peddlos in the swimming pools !!! Lots of pools always got the 4 poster sunbeds every without waking up early there was plenty of pools and beds and space for guests. Staff make the hotel added some photos of our favourites ! Nothing is too much trouble the evening entertainment was the best we’ve ever had every night was a crazy effort from circuses to beach parties. The room was well cleaned and the bathroom and shower was a dream. Even outside the hotel there is the hard rock cafe and shops and restaurants you literally don’t need to leave. The water park is amazing can’t believe it was on site it had the best slides ! We have been to so many places but eygpt and this hotel now have our hearts ! I was with a 5 year old and 69 year old and my 36 year old partner we were all equally entertained day to night. So much to do never been somewhere and felt so safe and looked after. Only downside the cocktails are not great but if you ask nicely they’ll make your own ideas ;) shukran! Xxx
