From day one everything was perfect, it’s started with Mr Hady Ragab who considered my anniversary and made room upgrade, really it made my vacation super and Mr reda who asked us every day if we need something. We had issue in reservation and Mr Ayman beltagy and Mr Hady solved in a moment literally. Food was delicious and have variety, thank you Chef Tarek & Chef Zaki for helping us with this variety to have many choices for our baby food. And chef Mahmoud Mohamed in soprano restaurant always smiley and friendly. Would like to thank also Mr Mohamed & Mr desouky in pool bar they always helping us and my kids and Mr elsayed in housekeeping who was very friendly and professional. Finally I want to thank the All managers in the hotel for their efforts to make all employees understand the meaning of hospitality

The resort was amazing and beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay there. The food was good, and the rooms were very comfortable, beautiful, and extremely clean. Thank you to the whole hotel team for the great service and hospitality. It was truly a wonderful experience

We had an amazing experience at Pikalbatros. Sayed Aldawey was our house keeper in room number 1236. We were so impressed with his amazing skills in setting up our room and he always catered to our needs with a huge smile on his face! Very kind and delivered service with a smile! Please give this man a raise, he deserves it!
