Pickalbatros Palace Resort Sharm El Sheikh

We had a wonderful stay at Pickalbatros Palace Sharm El Sheikh last week with our family, and we were very happy with the whole experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. A special thank you to Mr. Mohamed Solin at the reception. He was extremely welcoming, professional and service-minded. He was always available to help us with anything we needed and made us feel very welcome from the beginning. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, smiling and helpful. At the restaurants, we especially appreciated Cullian and Mr. Ahmed Ali, who were always welcoming and made sure we had a great experience. A big thank you also to Mr. Mahmoud from housekeeping, who was responsible for our room. He did a fantastic job and always made sure everything was clean and comfortable. We would also like to mention Mr. Deskoy, the ice cream manager, for his friendly service and positive attitude. Overall, we honestly have nothing to complain about. The hotel is beautiful, the service is excellent, and what really makes the place special is the wonderful staff. Thank you to everyone for making our family holiday so enjoyable and memorable. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! ❤️ Everything was excellent. The hotel is beautiful, the entire area is very clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable. The food was delicious, fresh, and there was a great variety of dishes to choose from. The swimming pools were very clean and well maintained. Our room was also clean, comfortable, and nicely taken care of. The staff were very friendly, polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and truly enjoyed our holiday. Highly recommended! We would definitely love to come back again!

An Amazing Family Holiday at Albatros Palace Sharm ❤️ We recently spent a family holiday at Albatros Palace Sharm, and honestly, it was an amazing experience from beginning to end. What impressed us most was the overall level of service. The team was friendly, welcoming and always ready to help, with a genuine smile. You could really feel that everyone cared about making guests happy. The food and beverage experience was excellent. There was a great variety of food and restaurants, with something for everyone. The quality, choice and presentation were impressive, and the different bars around the resort made it easy to enjoy a drink, coffee or simply relax with the family. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very well maintained, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job every day. Everything was clean, organized and taken care of with great attention to detail. For a family holiday, the resort has so much to offer. The pools, aqua park, beach, kids’ activities, sports and entertainment kept everyone busy and happy. The entertainment team deserves special recognition for their energy and the great atmosphere they created throughout the day and evening. I would also like to give a special personal thank you to Mr. Sharif Awad, Food & Beverage Manager, for his outstanding attention, hospitality and care. His presence and commitment were clearly reflected in the excellent F&B experience throughout the resort. A special thank you as well to Mr. Ayman, Front Office Manager, for his professionalism, warm welcome and genuine care for the guests. He made us feel very welcome and was always approachable and helpful. Ultimately, what makes a hotel memorable is not only the facilities — it is the people. And the people at Albatros Palace Sharm truly made our family holiday special. Thank you to the entire team for your hard work, hospitality and attention to detail. We came as guests and left with wonderful family memories. Definitely a place we would be happy to visit again. ❤️
