Had a great holiday. Fab service from the lobby bar from Mahmoud and also everyone at the beach and pool bar. I thought the animation team were very friendly but the music around the pool at times was really loud. Over all we had a great relaxing time.

I spent the best vacation at this place!! The hotel is very clean, the beach ia great, they have several bars with views and very nice bartenders! The receptionests and front disk employees are very helpful and kind, especially mr mohammed nabih! Pools are great, there is also a heated pool, and they do activities there when the weather is not very hot. They have pool bar that is in the middle of the pool its great with great seats. If you want to get the best service ask about mahmoud at the pool bar, nader and mosutafa at the beach bar. Food is great and diverse, they offer a big variety of food suitable for all people. The animation team are the best team ever!! They do fun activities, they care to get you the best night life you could ever get weather inside the hotel or outside!! When you go there ask for pepsi the one and only great chief anomation, dont forget your guys Ibo omar and mando, and your girl lisa They will draw a smile on your face even at your worst days. If you like zumba lessons dont miss them with ibo and omar they are funny and great! Amazing place amazing people Dont hesitate visiting this hotel Its totally worth it!!

Positive - beautiful hotel area, good food, animation team. Negative - unsafe hotel infrastructure, due to this was injuries. Cockroaches in the hotel room.
