We’ve had a fantastic stay at the Pickalbatros Royal Grand Resort in Sharm El Sheikh and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to couples looking for a relaxing adults-only escape. The setting is simply gorgeous, with the beautiful Red Sea right on the doorstep and some stunning reefs just offshore. For anyone who enjoys snorkelling, the opportunity to explore this underwater paradise is a real highlight. Add the sunshine, spectacular sea views and unforgettable sunsets, and you have all the ingredients for a truly memorable holiday. The hotel itself is immaculately maintained, with beautifully kept grounds and a real sense of pride in the surroundings. Our room and its location were sublime, providing the perfect place to relax and enjoy everything this wonderful resort has to offer. However, what really sets this hotel apart is its staff. Throughout our stay, we’ve encountered so many people who have been friendly, helpful and thoroughly professional. Several have gone far beyond what could reasonably be expected of them, delivering the sort of service that genuinely makes a difference to a holiday. Some of the team are amongst the very best we’ve experienced in all our years of travelling. We’d particularly like to recognise some of the outstanding staff who helped make our stay so special. Mohammed in the Lobby Bar deserves a mention, as do Nader Abozid and Karam in the Mediterranean Restaurant, and Abdelrahman and Omer in the Soprano Restaurant. Their contributions, alongside the efforts of the wider team, have helped make our experience such a memorable one. It’s a real credit to the hotel that we’ve encountered so many people who take such pride in looking after their guests. A special mention must also go to Daria and Anastasia at reception, who have both been absolute stars. Their warmth, professionalism and willingness to help have made us feel particularly welcome. We were especially grateful for the care, kindness and assistance shown to us during a difficult moment on our holiday and in the days that followed. That level of genuine concern means a great deal and speaks volumes about the people who work here. Ultimately, a beautiful location and lovely facilities are one thing, but it’s the people who turn a good holiday into a great one. The team at the Royal Grand have certainly done that for us. We would highly recommend the Pickalbatros Royal Grand Resort to couples seeking a peaceful, adults-only break in a little piece of Red Sea paradise. There was a fantastic variety of delicious dishes to choose from, with something for everyone. Every meal was a pleasure, and the quality and selection were outstanding. 🏊 The swimming pools were beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, providing the perfect atmosphere to relax and enjoy our holiday. ✨ Cleanliness was impeccable throughout the resort, including the rooms and all the common areas. Wonderful reef, amazing view. Very good location. Helpful team, especially Masaad and Mahmoud Marzouk from the pool bar (tasty cocktails and coffee🤩. They remember your preferences all your stay). Hotel rooms needs a bit renovation, but who cares as you need them for few hours sleep😉.

An Amazing 14 Days at Pickalbatros Royal Grand! ❤️🌴 We spent 14 wonderful days at Pickalbatros Royal Grand, and honestly, we had an amazing time! From the beginning to the end of our holiday, we felt so welcome and well looked after. What made our stay truly special was the people who work here. The entertainment team was absolutely fantastic! They kept us smiling, laughing, and having fun every day. Their energy, enthusiasm, and friendly attitude made our holiday even more enjoyable. Thank you for all the great moments and happy memories! ❤️ A big thank you as well to the guys at the pool, the lobby, and the beach bar. They were all amazing, always friendly, helpful, and ready to make us feel comfortable. Their smiles and kindness really made a difference! At Culina Restaurant, we had an extraordinary dinner! The food was full of flavour, and you could really feel the passion and dedication that went into preparing it. A huge compliment to the chefs for such a wonderful experience! We also really enjoyed the delicious food at Soprano Restaurant. The guys there were always helpful and attentive, and the chefs did a fantastic job. At the Mediterranean Restaurant, we met equally friendly and helpful staff who made us feel just as welcome. We stayed in room 1276, and the cleanliness was excellent every time we needed our room cleaned. Thank you to the housekeeping team for taking such good care of us and making sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. But above all, what we appreciated most was the people. They made us feel welcome, appreciated, and genuinely special. And honestly, that is what makes a holiday memorable! Our 14 days flew by far too quickly, and we leave with so many beautiful memories and a big smile on our faces.
