Honest Review Arrived Friday 11pm ish. Airport transfer was perfect great chat with the driver showing different hotels teaching us some Arabic. We booked 2 family suites via on the beach for 6 people. Arrived and allocated 2 rooms - 1 a 2 bedroom and 1 a family bunk were told they were fully booked so we could not have the rooms we booked and paid for! Raised with the rep on site and the hotel agreed for us to take these rooms for the night and to return at 10am in the morning and they would ensure the rooms would be sorted to something more appropriate. Returned in the morning the hotel were then requesting money to upgrade the rooms - pretty shocking considering what we had booked and paid for. The hotel were blaming on the beach and they were blaming the hotel. We paid the upgrade given what we were given was not suitable for our family. We were given a voucher to get some food from one of the restaurants choice chicken burger, burger or pasta. The hotel did not give us any information about meal times etc we worked this out from a board near the aqua pool The rooms Clean on arrival but don't think much cleaning went on just beds made and fresh towels, which we got every day. You do get provided beach towels in the room on arrival. We had already bought towels to use so didn't use and they had only given us 2 for a room which could fit 4. (Make sure you count and document these, see ending) Balcony does have a pull out to hang towels, we found this on the last day 🫣 beds very hard but manageable. You have to place a little sign to get ur sheets changed on the bed. The pool We spent our first day by the pool near the main entrance which was fairly quiet, the main pool seems to be where the aqua park is where music is played etc. Absolutely the best part of the holiday. The pool guy Maher works so hard and it shows. Could not do enough for people. Collected our towels each day from the balcony and reserved our sun beds. Always stopped for a chat to make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything. Some of the beds are pretty tired and strapped up. The pool was cleaned every day and unfortunately some kids left rubbish with no respect! Even witnessing them dropping rubbish into pools - clearly not the hotels fault. The pool does need maintenance which is clear to see. Lazy river nails hanging out of the bridge roof.... the slides great 1 was shut the whole time we were their. They were open 10-12 and 3-5 along with the lazy river which was great. Entertainment team Is this such a thing at this hotel ????? I will be honest this is the first hotel I have been to where they were pretty much non existent. I believe their is a program but quite a bit happens down at the beach.... only saw a few around the pool area. We did attend a pool party on Sunday night which was run by them but that was about it. Food Quite a few different choices. Breakfast in the main restaurant was your normal what you would expect abroad. Egg man outside main restaurant serving omelette and fried eggs! Our favourite for dinner was down at the beach burgers, chips, fish, pastas, waffles etc... By the aqua park you have a Mexican restaurant and Egyptian restaurant we went to the Mexican for lunch one day and witnessed birds sat in the chips eating them, quickly changed our minds. The Italian on the way to the beach was also great serving pizza and pastas. Tea we stuck to the main restaurant always able to find a table for 6. Doors not always open at 6.30 which is when tea is meant to begin. A good range of food. Grill outside with chips and meat. Ice cream served below the mexican 3-4 each day. Drinks Every bar we got a drink from tasted different even if it was the same drink. You get bottles of water in your room each day. No bottles of water from bars you had to get a cup. Recommend taking your own cups as they are fairly small. Cocktails were pretty nice not too over powering which you can find sometimes abroad. We witnessed down at the beach bar the staff rinsing the cups with tap water and putting them back out for others. My daughter was served a drink in a glass which had a large crack very obvious! Trips I would highly recommend Dazzling Excursions Egypt we did the dolphin show / swimming and the desert safari both very well organised. Picked up and dropped back at the hotel! Well looked after and would certainly book again. The beach Crystal clear waters and very clean. Would recommend beach shoes as it is a bit rocky and also sea creatures blending in with the sand..... jetty which takes you out where you can snorkel. Plenty of sunbeds. The last day....... We went to reception to get a late check out as we were not getting picked up till 7.30pm. Paid £40 till 6pm. Returned to our room to find the maid had been and removed all our towels including the 2 beach towels we had not used still in the hotel bag, not replenished water or toilet roll. Spoke to the maid via google translate as he did not understand english and he explained the towels had gone to laundry and would be back at 4pm. We had a day by the pool presuming he would be back. Returned to the room at 4pm to get showers no towels. Tracked the maid down 20mins and the towels would be here. We ended up using our beach towels. The towels never arrived. We made our way to reception to check out and the maid chased after us to tell me via Google their were beach towels missing from the room. I explained their were only 2 on check in and he took them this morning. We went and dropped cases at reception where we were spoken to further about these missing towels - i told them to go and check our cases if they thought we had stolen them! A dissapointing end to our holiday. Not the first review I have read about people being charged for damage missing items. Overall the hotel is run down and could do with some TLC it certainly didn't spoil out first visit to Sharm and no doubt we will be back but not to this hotel! Your holiday is always what you make of it but the start and finish certainly left a sour taste!

Bob Tattoo! He's the best, he was so funny, so gentle, and make a really good job with My kid's tattoo.. It was a great experience, the staff it's kind and gentle, overall the guys form the pool and bar. The only that could be better it is that we didn't have a lot of information at the beginning, I mean I wanted the map of the place, because the app it's not really friendly at least for me. But in general it was ok.

It was a wonderful experience. The staff were all incredibly kind and welcoming. A special thanks to Bob, who made us laugh so much with his friendly personality and positive attitude, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. He is an incredibly talented artist who creates amazing drawings in a very short time, but above all, he has a unique way of making every moment truly special.

Our resent stay here was better than expected after reading some bad reviews. Over all we were happy, the rooms are dated but our room (5101) was kept spotless by Mohamod, he was always cheery and willing to say hello, thank you! Chef Mohamod also made the most delicious food and treated you as his own family both he and his staff were faultless, again, thank you. Another shout out goes to Tatoo Bob, he is a pure ray of light, genuine friendly person. Both myself and my husband got tatoos, which we are delighted with, excellent, professional and clean work. The majority of the staff at the hotel are excellent and give 100%. The grounds are beautuful, nice beach and lovely staff but the hotel is old and constant pestering to book trips and treatments gets very annoying. This hotel us trying to be good, just needs some help, which seems to be a work in progress at the moment.
