Another review for all of the staff at Regency. This has been our 3rd time back and we have had the absolute best time! Starting with Aqua park staff, we know some of these staff from three years ago and yet they still go over and above for us. Mr Zaki, Maher and Ebrahim in particular have just been amazing. Mr Zaki will always make sure you are happy and settled in the hotel, Maher is super funny and entertaining, Ebrahim has been simply amazing and so so kind. Overall, all of the staff in Aqua park are so so lovely and have been amazing for our family. The bartender team also have been so fun for us. Hussein has been super helpful for our family since the first time we came to Regency, he will always bring our drinks over to us and is always so kind. Ateef we met this year is so lovely and always asks us if we need anything. Mohamed at the pool bar, he has been super kind bringing drinks over to us, making us delicious cocktails. Admad, has been super funny and lovely to our family. The team in Floret restaurant have been amazing too! They are such lovely people and again, they don’t let you lift a finger. Always joking around with us, making us laugh and just being super kind. Ehab, has been amazing and will always be super kind to your family. Ahmad was also great service for us in the restaurant. Always getting us drinks and asking if everything is okay! Then the sales staff, they are super amazing and so kind! They love to joke around with our family and we always have a good laugh with them!😅 overall, it is so hard to fit all of the staff in, but all of the staff at Regency are just simply amazing people. They are so kind and helpful, which is why we will always go back to visit them! Thank you all for making our holiday the best week! We will miss you all very much🫶🏽
A very good, excellent hotel with beautiful rooms and good food. The beach is lovely, and the hotel grounds are quite spacious. I had a wonderful time during my vacation—I spent a beautiful week there. I’d also like to thank the animation team for their excellent and entertaining programs.
This hotel has not got a swim bar, it’s feel free disgusting I would never stay there again
The service is perfect, everything is good, they take necessary plates, offer drinks, Hamdan is a really good leader, operates all the people with respect and helps them.
This is a best’ Anna is thé best respect Lovely hôtel in général satisfied
