Lovely hotel for families. It’s our second time in Egypt and so far we’re having an amazing time in this hotel. Our room is being cleaned daily, with fresh towels and toiletries brought in and replenished. There are many things to do around the resort - plenty of shops, waterslides, arcade games and so on…The SPA opportunities are great as well. There are many pools around the resort, waterpark seems to be the most active one with nice music playing and various events happening daily. Entertainment team were friendly lads who made our stay memorable with their positive vibes and energy. There are also other pools that are completely quiet and don’t have many people around. We liked the fact that we were able to choose where we could stay. The staff around the hotel are all nice and helpful which is another great thing. We’re having a lovely time at this hotel so far.

Best food on the resort. They serve local foods and have freshly made bread delivered to your table. All workers are so lovely, definitely recommend coming here. Thank you to Top Chef Mohamed and Mr Ehap. Amazing service

I stayed here in April and had a very relaxing experience. The service was wonderful, especially at Livery Restaurant. Special thanks to Ahmed, who was incredibly attentive to our group of 19 people. He was always taking care of our tables and helping us in every possible way. My sincere thanks to Ahmed, and I wish him all the best in his work.
