We’d like to give a special mention to Valeria from Guest Relations, who has been absolutely fabulous during our stay at Rixos Premium Seagate. We had a few minor issues with our room when we arrived, and as soon as we spoke to Valeria, she took care of everything. She arranged for the relevant teams to come and rectify the issues and followed up to make sure everything had actually been sorted. It was all dealt with incredibly quickly and efficiently. She also made booking our à la carte dinner reservations completely effortless, which took away a lot of the hassle, and was always happy to advise us on the restaurants and different things to do around the resort. What really stood out, though, was how friendly and approachable she was. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and she genuinely seemed to care about making sure we were enjoying our stay. Customer service like this makes such a difference to a holiday. Valerie is a real credit to Rixos Premium Seagate, and we really appreciate everything she has done for us. Thank you, Valeria! ❤️

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Rixos! Everything about the hotel was excellent — the beautiful facilities, cleanliness, delicious food, great atmosphere, and outstanding service. The entire staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. A very special thank you to Abdelrahman at the reception. He was truly exceptional — extremely professional, friendly, respectful, and always ready to help with a smile. From the moment we arrived, he made sure everything was perfect and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. His excellent service and positive attitude really made a difference. Abdelrahman is a great example of what five-star hospitality should be. Rixos is lucky to have such a dedicated and professional person on their team. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
