Rixos Sharm El Sheikh

We had an amazing stay at Rixos! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and has a great atmosphere. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. We also really enjoyed the animation — fun, varied, and never boring.❤️ We would happily come back again! 🥰

Arrived 6th sept for a two week stay as a couple what a beautiful hotel. Check in very easy our room 3026 was absolutely stunning and our cleaner for the duration Muhammed was wonderful with little extra touches . Although we did venture out we manly stayed at the oasis pool which was refreshing with waiter Ahmed on rollerskates serving you drinks there's a swim up bar 🍸 serving us tequila slush very nice Eslam and Ahmed are great bar tenders and do fab cocktails 🍸 very friendly. A shout out to Mustafa the lifeguard who also came round to clean your sunglasses 👓 such a lovley touch and could not forget Ali (smiler) 😀 recreation aka towel man thankyou its lovley seeing all these people so happy . We ventured over to seagate a few times turquoise buffet there is great.. sushi the best he does such a great job so tasty . We watched a couple of shows there too which were great and Adel the arena bar manager remembered us from our march visit which was very touching and made us smile as did Ali aqua lagoon pool and lobby staff. Everyone at this hotel are so friendly management would walk past you and chat so nice to see . The grounds here are landscaped so well by the gardeners beautiful 😍 the place is spotless .Palm for breakfast and lunch different choices something for everyone and the alacarte restaurants are outstanding too many favorites. Mustafa sharm guest relations and Valeria Aqua guest relations thankyou for everything you did for us the staff here are a credit to the rixos hotels . We hope to be back next year ..Our tans may fade but our memories will last forever... xxx

Stayed here for the vacations. All is great. Parties, food, location are perfect. Everything is done for enjoing the holidays. Thanks for the animation team and all stuff!

were : dress code in restaurant (even for dinner many women turned up in bikinitops). Suggestion to have security in restaurant : with the numerous Russian nationals sometimes situations got boisterous. Poolbar : they are not familiar with cocktail mixes (eg gin and tonic were served separately). But overall very happy, especially the staff made our stay exceptional ! Mohammed at the pool, Mustafa from housekeeping and all the staff at restaurants. That's why we will come back and we have heard from so many guests that they are doing the same. Until next time !
