SENTIDO Reef Oasis Senses Resort

We stayed here at the end of August for 2 weeks. It was our first visit to Sharm and wont be our last. The hotel is about 25 mins from airport and we were greeted by friendly,helpful staff . Spacious rooms ,traditional style furniture(a little dated) but always so clean . There was a fridge ,bottled water everyday and always a supply of tea/coffee. Beds super comfy . We had a balcony which had plenty of shade. Great air con(relief from the heat of the day!)and a spacious bathroom with lots of toiletries. We had a garden view near the Italian resturant and it was very quiet. The hotel has lots of pools and always had lots of sunbeds even at busy times. Pool towels were changed daily if you wanted . The pools were cleaned regularly and the water quality tested throughout the day. We ate mainly at Mo's(main buffet) and the food choice was fantastic. The quality was excellent and always fresh and hot. (Food is regularly checked by staff as is the temperature ) We also ate at La Terrazza(Italian) and the Indian (by the beach). Both served excellent food and cannot fault them. We ate at Kebabagy but didnt enjoy it as much as the other resturants. The beach was a 10 min walk(or shuttle bus ) and the Sentido part has its own beach and small bar for drinks. Plenty of sun beds and staff always helpful and polite. Fantastic snorkelling direct from the beach or off the hotels own jetty ,the main reef drop off. The beach did get busy but we always went early. There is a larger beach bar that serves drinks and snacks such as burgers chips and pizza . All freshly cooked. We spent most of time at the Blue Bar by the main pool. Lots of drinks choice (and great crisps!)and excellent service. All the staff work incredibly hard,from the cleaners to the beach staff. They were always polite,respectful (even when some customers were not!)and friendly without being intrusive. Definitly 5 star service (especially from Mohamed and Fahid(Blue Bar) Bahaa(La Terrazza) Amr and Saber(Sentido beach/ bar) Mamoud (Main pool) Abu(our room cleaner). A lovely relaxing and good value stay.

Great hotel. Fantastic friendly staff. Beautiful grounds, great food. Would definitely recommend. The cactus bar looked after by the barman Sammy who was absolutely brilliant really looked after us, very friendly and a very funny guy.

We have just came back . Fantastic holiday .the side we stayed was nice and peaceful and swimming pool right outside . Rooms were spacious and clean .the beach was lovely great for swimming and snorkelling and diving great sea life would recommend for anyone who loves these activities. The staff in all locations were really fantastic and could not do enough for you . Mo,s restaurant which was the buffet had plenty of choice . We used all the Al la cartes and had no problem booking them all the food was really nice as well . If you want a lovely stress free holiday this is the place for you . We will be definitely going back here as we loved it

We had an excellent holiday here. Lovely place, spotless, lots of places to go, not crowded, many pools, excellent beach with snorkelling and diving. Food was superb with no problems booking à la carte restaurants. Many thanks to Ibrahim (Churchill’s Pub), Samy (Cactus Bar) and Mamood for helping us have a great holiday.
