Scammers with no professionalism: charged twice and still waiting for a repeatedly promised refund! I booked a family stay at this hotel through a third-party booking website, which charged an initial amount to my bank card. Before our departure, I called the hotel several times to clarify the situation. I was clearly assured that I should pay the full cost of the stay upon arrival and that the amount already charged would then be refunded. I trusted those assurances. We completed our stay, and I paid the hotel’s bill in full. Yet despite repeated confirmations from the hotel and numerous follow-ups, I have still not received the promised refund. Even more shocking, when I contacted the booking website, they informed me that the hotel had not provided the necessary confirmation to process the refund! Why repeatedly promise a customer a refund if you fail to take the steps required to issue it? The situation is clear: I paid the full cost of my stay on top of the amount initially charged. Now I am forced to waste my time making calls and chasing people simply to recover my own money! This is disgraceful and deeply disrespectful. No customer should have to beg for a refund that was explicitly promised. I fulfilled my obligations; I expect your hotel to finally fulfil yours. A hotel’s standards are not measured solely by its décor, rooms or prices. They are also reflected in its professionalism, its respect for guests and its willingness to honour its commitments. In my case, your promises remain unfulfilled, and my trust is completely broken. I demand an immediate refund of the amount owed, together with written confirmation that it has been processed. There have been enough words and promises. I now expect concrete action. Future guests, be extremely cautious: this is how I was treated after paying for my stay in full. Taking a guest’s money and then leaving them chasing a promised refund is disgraceful conduct for any establishment claiming to provide a quality service.

The hotel is beautiful, and you can see that so much attention is paid to every little detail. The restaurants are excellent, and the food is delicious. The house reef and the sea are absolutely beautiful, too. All the staff are amazing, always friendly, helpful and welcoming. A special mention goes to Malak at the Sentido Beach Bar. He is incredibly kind and attentive, and he somehow always knows exactly which cocktail we feel like having! He prepares every drink with such care and creates a wonderful atmosphere. He really makes our time at the beach bar extra special. The evening shows are also of a very high standard, and we absolutely loved watching the performances every night. We are completely satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Everything has been wonderful, and we couldn’t have asked for more. We have had an amazing holiday and are already looking forward to coming back next year! Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special!

If you’re looking for a truly carefree getaway, head to the Sentido hotel in Sharm El Sheikh—the establishment and the entire service are incredibly professional, all at a great price. And if you’d like to meet a truly friendly server, stop by the Beach Sentido and look for Malak! With his kindness and professionalism, he’ll make you feel like an Egyptian pharaoh right there on the beach.

The resort is impeccably well kept. The staff are always very helpful. Leo (part of the dive team) was very helpful when booking boat tours and snorkeling trips (which were fantastic).
