SENTIDO Reef Oasis Senses Resort

Having been home nearly a week from our 2 nd stay at this hotel this year it was time to write a review for the hotel. Originally we were going to stay in another hotel in Sharm but having had such a wonderful time in April with some of our family we decided to return to the same hotel. We definitely weren’t disappointed. The rooms maybe a little dated but the facilities and the amazing staff certainly make up for it. The hotel is situated just a 15-20 minute taxi ride away from the airport. As we didn’t arrive until just after 10 pm we were too late for the main restaurant but after a very smooth check in and then taken to our room in the cactus area we were told that if we made our way to the piazza bar we could get freshly made pizza. As soon as we got there we had a very warm greeting from Mahmoud one of the main managers for the hotel. A gentleman who is always going above and beyond to help in anyway possible. The area in which we were staying had 8 swimming pools all exactly the same size and depth and the water was tested twice a day and was always spotlessly clean . There was a bar called the Cactus bar which was run by Samy who looked after us extremely well the whole time we were there making sure we had water and made us some delicious cocktails. Tarek the life guard sorted our sunbeds ready for us every morning with fresh towels and the umbrella already up for us . We couldn’t have asked for anymore from these 2 members of staff they were fantastic. We had most of our meals in the main restaurant called Mo’s where the F and B manager Ehab and his team including Atief and Mo were amazing. We only had to sit down and our drinks were immediately on the way to us and regularly topped up when required. The chefs were also always around and willing to help with any dietary needs. Entertainment is also very good at this hotel with someone playing the piano in the blue bar and just a little walk away in the piazza bar they had live music with guests up dancing. With such amazing staff in all departments and very tasty food including in the Italian à la carte restaurant where we went a couple of times with delicious courses we would thoroughly recommend this hotel. We have already booked to go back again in January and can’t wait to see everyone again.

All is perfect, the beach is cleaned, the Sentido Beach Bar and Malak are really kind, professional and always careful to your needs. Fantastic place

First class hotel. Stayed Sentido side. Our room was overlooking the adult(olympic) pool. Lovely clean room and spacious. We mainly used Mo's restaurant which Sentido guests can only use. The food is superb first class delivered by excellent chefs and waiting staff. You will never go hungry. Tried Italian a la carte which was lovely. My favourite area in the evening was the Piazza bar. Resident live band every night except Thursday. We were well looked after by Ali and Samer. We stayed mainly around the adults pool,and well looked after by Sammy. We also went to the Blue bar in the evenings and was well looked after by Mohammed. The hotel is spotlessly clean and gardens and grounds are immaculate. Lovely shops onsite down near the beach including a pharmacy. A big thank you to Mahmoud the bar manager who is always smiling helpful and will go out of his way to help you. We visited this hotel earlier this year in February and I will definitely be returning. Such an amazing hotel. All the staff are helpful and friendly sorry if I have missed any names off!. We stayed in the sentido side and have really enjoyed our week here our first time to this hotel having stayed in the sister hotel reef oasis blue bay five times. The reef here for snorkelling has been exceptional and every time out we saw something different and if snorkelling is your thing you will love the hotel reef. Everyone staff wise has been so helpful and the service in all the buffet restaurants and we tried them all has been fabulous especially in the main restaurant given it’s so much busier than others. But I must make a special mention of Malak who is the bar Nan on the sentido section of the beach. He is so helpful and friendly and works so hard checking on people he is a credit to the hotel and a stand out when customer service is already so good every where in the hotel

We went on vacation in early October and really enjoyed our stay at this hotel – great atmosphere and wonderful staff. I would especially like to highlight the beach bartender named Malak. Amazing service at the beach bar! Malak is extremely helpful, cheerful and always greets you with a smile. Communicating with vacationers is a real pleasure for him, and his work is done quickly – no guest was left without cold and refreshing drinks. He added even more good mood to our stay. A true professional in his field, we really liked him!
