Hotel grounds, pools and staff are great, the jetty is lovely too. Disappointed in the main buffet restaurant. Pretty much all the chairs outside have bird poo on them, food in the buffet is so so and pretty repetitive. Got stomach issues after 48 hours for 7 days, which is a shame as been to Sharm 4 times to different hotels and no issues before. Personally the use of the blue gloves is a worry, I didn’t see anyone change theirs whilst working. Ala cartes are nice enough but not massively exciting. Cant fault the weather. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the hotel could be so good. Just needs a little work.

Beautiful surroundings, but serious problems with food safety and staff. Avoid. We stayed for a week as a group of 10, including children. The hotel's surroundings are absolutely beautiful, very well maintained and clearly well taken care of. Unfortunately, the biggest problems are with the staff and, most seriously, the food. 6 out of 10 people in our group got food poisoning, with one person suffering from a high fever for two days. Looking at recent reviews, this does not seem to be an isolated incident. Speaking with other guests, we also heard that even some local Egyptian visitors had experienced food poisoning. Staff were very hit or miss. A few were friendly and helpful, but most we encountered were rude and unpleasant. The friendly ones were definitely the exception. Basic service was disappointing too. Bottled water and beach towels were supposed to be delivered to our room, but this was often forgotten. On one occasion, our already wet beach towels were replaced with other wet towels, seemingly belonging to another room. The air conditioning was extremely loud. More than three requests to the hotel were ignored, and it was only fixed after our travel agency intervened. Many thanks to their local representative for finally getting it resolved. The mattresses were also very firm and worn out. Despite the beautiful and well-maintained surroundings, this is nowhere near a 5-star hotel. Food safety concerns, inconsistent and often rude staff, and poor basic service made our stay very disappointing. One additional point worth mentioning: we chose this hotel largely because of its positive reviews. However, Tripadvisor itself displays a warning stating that it has grounds to investigate possible attempts by individuals or entities associated with the property to manipulate guest reviews and/or its Popularity Index. Given our experience, this warning is particularly concerning. I would strongly advise future guests to read the negative reviews carefully rather than relying on the overall rating. We will not return and would not recommend it.

We had an amazing stay! The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond to any requests. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently, making our experience even better. The view was absolutely stunning and made our stay extra special. Overall, a wonderful experience from start to finish. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back!
