First time to this Hotel as stayed in many in Hurghada and Sharks Bay, I can honestly say hands down this is the best Hotel to date I have stayed at. So here are the Pros.... Firstly upon arrival at the Hotel, we arrived approx 9pm, we was greeted by the staff to sit down, relax, have a refreshing towel to wipe hands etc and a drink. Check in was done for you, no long ques at the reception desk, just all done so swiftly and then they take you to your room, the staff don't expect tips either. 1) Great Food, especially the Lebanese, Hama and (Teppanyaki This one is chargeable but you must try the Surf and Turf!) 2) Buffett restaurant was just as good and breakfast choice is unreal! 3) I have a very sensitive stomach and I am Lactose intolerant and they provide all the milks for all allergies for breakfast. 4) I didn't once get an upset stomach or diarrhoea, and with a sensitive tummy, I am the first to be hit, but nothing at all in this Hotel 5) The rooms, very spacious and very clean, fresh water in the room, towels changed daily 6) Beach towels are provided in your room upon arrival and clean ones are placed in your room every day, none of this towel card nonsense and if you require more than one beach towel, then this is never a problem, just ask the Lifeguards and they will always help 7) Beach - beautiful and we used the Cabanas everyday, just a shame that they charge now for the front row. The beach was never packed so you could always find a sun lounger. 8) Fresh juices, Strawberry, Mango, Guava etc, all free and not served to you in silly small disposable cups! 9) Sun glass Clean, so they come around and clean your sunglasses, the staff honestly cannot do enough for you, I can image when the hotel is at full capacity then this may not happen, as it wasn't done every day. 10) Entertainment, this is where the Hotel lets itself down, some poor performers and they are booked in every week. Would be nice to see better entertainment. So overall my experience of this Hotel was really lovely and made for a really lovely holiday. Would I recommend this Hotel - Yes without a doubt, its good for parents with smaller children and couples or friends looking for a more relaxed holiday. Would I go back, yes I definitely would, it certainly set some higher standards of hotels to visit next. I think the only way is up and thats then the Rixos!

We had a brilliant 2 week stay for our honeymoon. We were dubious as this isn’t an adults only hotel, however the atmosphere is so calm and relaxing regardless. Out of the 3 pools we used the nearest to reception. We intended to use the adults only pool but it looked so cramped! Instead we loved pool 1. So many sun beds and always some available no matter the time of day, so much space too. Children were at this pool but not many as most were at the entertainment pool. The restaurant next to this pool was Amoura and the food there was brilliant. The staff around the pool were exceptional and really did make our holiday: I’ve never seen a man work as hard as Mostafa at Amoura around pool 1. Tirelessly making sure people had a drink and nothing was too much for him, likewise for Mahmoud. Both a credit to the hotel. Also lifeguard, Abbas, was amazing. He was around pool 1 last week but is on the beach this week. Every morning we’d have a laugh and joke about something and it would usually start with him humouring me that he is from Wales. At one point a toddler got into a little bit of bother in the pool and he acted without hesitation to go and help them, great at his job and also a huge credit to the hotel. Buffet at breakfast was good. Huge variety. We did not find it to be as uncomfortably busy as people have mentioned previously on reviews. We loved the variety of choices to eat at for lunch too. Evening restaurants were nice, Japanese Hama is the best. In terms of drinks, the beer was nice, however we found the cocktails in the evenings to be inconsistent. Some were lovely and others really were not. The room was fine. We were above a swim up room and this caused issues with mosquitos! We both got eaten alive and couldn’t use our balcony at all which was a disappointment, however upon telling reception they sent someone around and they got rid of all the mosquitoes in the room and we were quite impressed! Their response to our frustration was amazing. However we still didn’t really use our balcony. One other frustration was when I attended guest relations to ask for something special to be done that evening to celebrate our honeymoon at the restaurant we had booked. They said leave it when them, so I did. However they decorated the table with happy birthday which was embarrassing to tell the staff! I went back the next day and asked them to make sure it was honeymoon again the next night and they apologised and said they would…however upon sitting down for the second night it was birthday again! This was more embarrassing than anything having to tell two different restaurants that it wasn’t actually my wife’s birthday. I went and told guest relations and they were apologetic. Other things to mention is the general look of the hotel. It’s so clean and tidy. Also snorkelling was great off the jetty at the hotel. All in all we had an amazing two weeks. Food was exceptional. Drinks were mostly brilliant. Hotel is immaculate. Staff can’t do enough for you. Do not listen to reviews about the buffet being like a cattle market put you off, and also the lack of beds around the adults only pool - the pool by Amoura is so calm and chilled there really was no desire to go to the adults only pool. Thank you to the hotel and its staff for a brilliant two weeks.

Our third visit to this hotel. It was lovely to return and see familiar faces from previous visits who remembered and welcomed us . The hotel is pristine , staff take pride in keeping it that way. We cerainly enjoyed the Lebanese a la carte AMOURA , it is also open on a lunchtime where we also enjoyed a lunchtime snack. 👍 In ZOHREYA the buffet,we had delicious food , no complaints regarding the food or the service. aOur only little complaint would be regarding the incredibly slow service for lunch at SANAFIR😴. On previous vacacations this lunchtime diner was excellent. This doesnt in any way reflect the service level everywhere else, which is excellent. Not just in our opinion. I am not going to waffle on, the amount of repeat guests and excellent reviews says it all. Special mention to :🥰 Mr Khaled , Mr Moamen, Vita Mohamed Shaban- aka Doe Doe, Walaa - aka Lou Lou , MARHA BAR Amr Shalaby , Emad both restaurant managers in Zohreya Pasta chef and omelette chef in the buffet , didnt get their names. I liked the hotel. When researching it, I hadn't checked how far it was from the center; it turns out to be quite a distance. If visiting the center is part of your plan, this hotel might be a bit inconvenient for you. Also, don't expect a typical sea-swimming experience; you have to walk a long way to reach the deep water, and you can't always get in there—sometimes a red flag is raised due to the waves. I didn't know this beforehand and learned it recently, so I wanted to share this information for the benefit of those reading the reviews. As for the food, your opinion might depend on your cultural background; perhaps I didn't enjoy the meals as much because I am Turkish. However, you definitely need to try the Japanese restaurant—they do a really good job there. They are also excellent when it comes to cleanliness. The quality of the alcohol is average, though the cocktails are below average and need improvement. There was an issue with a staff member—I think her name was Esra, though I'm not certain—who claimed to have made restaurant reservations for us but hadn't actually done so; consequently, at every restaurant we visited, we were told our reservation didn't show up in the system. Fortunately, it didn't cause a major problem, and we were still able to dine at the à la carte restaurants. I wouldn't want you to face a similar mishap. Overall, it is a place where you will be happy and won't regret visiting.

We have had an overall great experience at this hotel as we wait in the lobby for our transfers home. Hospitality by all the staff is the best we have ever seen and we have travelled around the world. The staff make this hotel a success set in the most beautiful 5 star architecture from the Lobby which is stunning to the beautiful restaurants. Many Ala carte restaurants Lebanese our favourite, Limoni a long wait for our main course. The cocktails 🍹 are beautiful made with premium ingredients. The food caters for Egyptian, English and something for all. Large outdoor barbecue which was a favourite each night with grilled prawns and shawarma meat. The best thing for us was no waiting for sunbeds . At 11.00am we could get a nice sunbed anywhere by the pool. We chose the quiet pool but there is a busier one with animation team. Egyptian people are the kindest and most welcoming of different cultures we have seen . The ambient lighting set throughout the different lobby bars is beautiful to see and well thought out. Shops outside to buy your souvenirs and a nice beach plenty of sunbeds. Never waited for drinks, brought ice creams to us by the pool , had cold face towels handed to us when ever we needed . A nice 5 star touch ! We would come back for sure
