We spent a week at Tropitel Dahab Oasis and were overall very satisfied with our stay. Underwater World & Location: An absolute highlight is the fantastic house reef directly at the hotel, making it a perfect starting point for snorkeling! There is also a diving center right on the hotel grounds, which is ideal for water sports enthusiasts. The hotel is located a bit outside of Dahab, so you rely on taxis or can use the free shuttle bus into town. The bus is a great service, though you do have to stick to the fixed schedule. Staff & Service: A big shout-out goes to the team: the service was really very good, and the entire staff was consistently friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself has a very pleasant atmosphere and climate. Dining & Entertainment: We had buffet meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The selection was sufficient, though taste-wise it was a bit bland at times. For breakfast, we would have liked a bit more variety and generally more fresh fruit. There is animation/entertainment by the pool—that comes down to personal preference, but it's part of the resort experience. Overall Verdict: A great overall package with strong service and a stunning underwater world, with just minor room for improvement regarding the food. We give it a solid 7 out of 10 points!
