I will give my honest review Its kinda mixed experience In the beginning when we arrived we took long time to check in im not sure what was the issue but alot of people where in front desk but it took aroud 2 hours for taking the room The guy in the desk Abanon he was so funny and made us calm down a bit he is fantastic man The room was good didnt have any complaints it was clean and yea nothing to talk about My expectations was much higher than the reality , its kinda a relax family hotel , the animation team didnt do much not same as other hotels your enjoyment depends on you or on your group dont expect you will get enjoyment from the animation team or from the hotel its always depends on you not much of activity to do other than the aqua park which im going ti talk about The Aqua park was the fun part Its not that big but its kinda fun for me and my group only 2 Sliders was fun for us the other sliders where ok but not much of fun What made the Aqua park more fun is the worker right there specially Martin midhat , Mohammed Al-Foli and Abdullah they were so so so so kind and fun and always make us laugh and make fun with them we really really really enjoyed with them i dont know how the Aqua park will be without them maybe we couldn’t have the fun if they were not there there is not enough words to describe how they were so sweet and nice The food was good breakfast , lunch and dinner no complaints at all the only thing is the drinks, for non alcoholic drinks not much of variety and lot of time the drinks is hot One more thing there was a very rude receptionist her name is Anastasia she is very very rude , we were asking about reservation of a restaurant they way she answered was so rude and kept huffing and puffing in my face didnt want to escalate it i just ignored what she did , the whole time of my stay i never saw smiling she really got on to my nerve but dodnt want to make a problem as im coming to have fun not get bad time but its better for her if she doesn’t communicate with people and stay in some where else other than the reception In general my experience was good , but would i do it again , i dont think so i would look for resort that have alot of activity not a calm hotel , if me and my group dont know how to make our selves enjoy where we go we would’ve had boring time since day one

Best part about this hotel os rooms and pools, been egypt many times and never struggled for food in any but here, rooms big clean and cleaners are lovely, pools clean and always a bed , is little dated and alot needs up dating defo 3* defo not 4plus in my opinion. Some staff lovely others rude, hate it's 20 min to beach buses total nightmare puts u off going. Same as old town and namma bay and soho buses are torture, pushing shoving by u to get on hated every second of it. The fact we arrive gone midnight. And cant pay your keep room till over pick ip at 7pm because it's full,, it's really not full at all. So come 12 pm no food no drinks no WiFi nothing is a total joke. So rude saying no there no rooms left sorry liar there's plenty of rooms as couple behind us got a room , face clearly disnt fit. Never had a bad experience in the many times we been egypt 3/4 times a year 100% will definitely not be back here .

My friend and I had an amazing massage experience! The massage was so relaxing, effective, and wonderful. Yasmin (the younger one) and Shaimaa were both very skilled, professional, and super friendly. They made us feel comfortable and welcome throughout the whole experience. We’ll definitely be coming back for at least three massage sessions during this trip! Highly recommended! ❤️✨

I checked into Kiroseiz Parkland Resort yesterday and booked one of the suites. The suite itself is a very good size, but the hotel generally feels quite dated and basic. Some of the furniture is old and worn, and although the room was adequately clean, the detailed cleaning could be much better. There was quite a lot of debris under the settee and other furniture, and areas such as mirrors and less visible surfaces had clearly not been cleaned properly. The drains are also slow and the sink has a tendency to block. The food is basic but adequate. There is not a huge amount of choice, and the drinks are much the same as you would expect from many standard all inclusive hotels. The facilities generally feel quite basic as well, including drinks being served in cheap plastic cups. It does not feel particularly high quality, especially when you have paid extra for a suite. My main problem, however, has been the internet and the way the issue was handled by Guest Relations. I need to work while travelling and I have to use a VPN to protect confidential data. I have stayed and worked successfully from several hotels in Sharm el Sheikh, including Novotel and Steigenberger, without experiencing this problem. At Kiroseiz, however, the network appears not to allow VPN connections. I raised this with Guest Relations and, initially, they did try to assist. IT came to look at my computer and attempted to resolve the issue, but they were unable to do so. I explained very clearly that if the hotel could not provide internet access that allowed me to work securely, I would need to move to another hotel. I was told that Guest Relations would speak with management and come back to me with possible solutions. I then waited for hours without anybody coming back to me. Eventually, I had to return to Guest Relations myself. The response I received at that point was extremely disappointing. The member of staff was dismissive and quite rude, simply telling me that they do not support VPNs and that I would have to contact my travel agent. There was no attempt to discuss alternatives, no meaningful resolution and no recognition that I had already been left waiting for hours after being told somebody would come back to me. What made this more frustrating was that I had explained from the beginning that this was time sensitive because I would need to find another hotel if the issue could not be resolved. Instead of being told this promptly, I was left waiting until much later in the day, leaving me with very little time to make alternative arrangements. The biggest issue with this hotel is therefore not simply that the internet does not support my VPN. Different hotels have different network arrangements. The problem is the way the situation was managed. Guest Relations should communicate clearly, return to guests when they say they will, and provide a timely answer so that people can make informed decisions. The hotel itself is adequate if you are looking for somewhere fairly basic and are not expecting particularly high standards or attention to detail. The suite is spacious, which is a positive. However, the dated accommodation, basic facilities, poor attention to detailed cleaning and, particularly, the dismissive handling of a genuine problem by Guest Relations have made this a disappointing stay.

Arrived 26th September 2026. From check in to check out staff were helpful. One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Our room upgrade was lovely, overlooking pool and city. Everywhere is spotless. Food was nice especially the pasta made to order. Plenty choice for every meal. Eggs cooked at breakfast, also pancakes and waffles. Plenty hot food. The guy who cleaned our room every day always made sure we had everything we needed. He made different things out of towels ever day, so nice. After a few days waiters and bar staff knew our drinks and had them ready when we sat down. Would highly recommend this hotel. I have nothing negative to say about our stay. Clean, friendly, everyone works so hard to make sure you have a lovely holiday. Highly recommend. Thank you for an amazing time.Will definitely be returning.
