Let me start by saying I’m severally visually impaired so can’t comment too much on certain things . The hotel for me was excellent laid out for my needs I had the same sun bed in lively side and was perfect The food was ok typical hotel buffet style and quality nothing high class but good: Room was cleaned every day even first week and a bit got a towel display yay ! The shop was rather expensive so wouldn’t recommend my only real criticism. The staff wow oh wow all brilliant With a extra super mention to keen Akram at pool bar pure and simple a super star Thank you St George o will be back in the spring

Upon arrival the transfer was about 15 minutes by private transfer from the airport. Check in was easy and we were also upgraded to a pool view family room even though there was only 2 of us which was fantastic. The complex is split in 2 with a quiet pool and lounging area and a more lively side which is where we stayed most of the week. The food was good but if I had a criticism it wasn’t overly hot unless freshly looked (might be worth a look at) The staff throughout the entire complex were superb and so helpful and a special shout to Kareen who was in the entertainment team who was full of life and a real credit to the hotel. We Will definitely revisit as the complex caters for everyone being only 2 storeys and most importantly there was never an issue in getting a subbed whether it was early in the morning or one day we laid in and still got a pool side lounger at 10am. I can’t fault this place or the staff who work there.

Our holiday requirements are very simple. We are a mid sixties couple that prefer a lazy two weeks in the sun, near a quiet swimming pool, so we can simply unwind, chill out and relax. This hotel allows us to do all those things. Ok there isn't a ten mile stretch of golden sandy beach just outside the hotel doors, but there are free shuttle buses that run on a well scheduled timetable to take you to a couple of private beaches only 15 minutes away where you can still get limited drinks and food as part of your all inclusive package. Please do not forget, the hotel is a small budget, aIl inclusive hotel. In my opinion, considering the level of service, the amenities, the standard of the rooms and guest service by all the hotel staff, it is fantastic value for money. There are a number of other, more expensive, hotels within the Xperience group if you want direct beach access and are prepared to pay extra. . This hotel has two swimming pools, separated by the hotel building. It also has two large splash pools with plenty of sunbeds for kids and parents. One pool is where music is played and animation events take place. The other pool tends to be much quieter with mostly adults relaxing reading chatting and chilling out. The staff here make you feel as though you were in a 5* hotel . Nothing is ever a problem all the staff we meet were approachable and would do anything possible to help make our stay better. The hotel food is more than adequate, not everything offered is always to my taste but there was never a time that I did not find something to eat. Yes it is buffet food, yes, like all busy hotels, it can be noisy and crowded but we always found a table and we always managed to feed ourselves adequately. Love Indian food ? The @Nathans a la carte serves authentic Indian food for a small additional charge, and a bonus is that the AI drinks are still available in this restaurant. For me, there really are no negatives, staying at this hotel . I am a realist, and for the price charged for the food and accommodation this hotel offers fantastic value for money. I recently read some, in my opinion, silly negative reviews, "there were no lifts and we had a double buggy " There are only two floors in all the complex, there are many elderly and disabled guests that regularly return to this hotel because of the fantastic access facilities offered for guests with wheel chairs. Please do your due diligence and don't be that lazy tourist and arrive at a hotel without checking in advance that it serves your needs . I read a guest review recently : " I got food poisoning" I would ask... Are you sure ? Did every guest who ate in the hotel that day also get food poisoning, what unique meal did you have that only affected you and not the other hundreds of guests ? I get a slight upset stomach almost every time I stay in a hot country , drink to much, eat too much and stay in the sun too long .. It lasts a couple of days until my stomach gets used to the different style of diet and the food I am eating . You will find a "negative" in the best of hotels, if you really look for one. For the prices charged this hotel offers extremely good value for money . I would highly recommend this hotel and would suggest anyone going to the hotel, do your research and accept that, for the price you will pay, this hotel offers extremely good service and extremely good value, for the money you are asked to pay. I could try list every member of staff that helped make my holiday excellent, but the list would be simply too big ! ALL the staff are helpful and nothing is ever a problem. I would give a big "shout out" to Mr Habib, the manager at reception, I chatted with him a couple of times and he made certain my stay was perfect. I would love to say I met and talked to him regularly, but his dedicated staff more than covered any and all minor issues I had. I never had a problem that his staff couldn't fix for me so there was never a need to really talk to the reception manager . Credit to you, your hotel and your staff Mr Habib .
