Conrad Hotel Abu Dhabi Eithad Towers

We were flying from Cochin to Manchester and due to the unforeseen circumstances with the current war situation we were shifted to Conrad. We had a comfortable stay and exceptional customer service by all the staff members. Our special mention goes to the hotel staff Rizwan, Adithyan and Tintu who went above and beyond to help us stay calm in the chaos. They ensured to manage our language barriers , and support us throughout our stay. Many thanks !

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The environment is clean, well organized, and comfortable, which made the stay very relaxing. 👉A special mention to Muhammad Haris from housekeeping👌🏻👌🏻 He did an excellent job and was very professional throughout. He is extremely helpful, cheerful, and perfect with her work. He pays great attention to detail and keeps everything very clean and well arranged. Haris is also very friendly and always greets with a warm smile. He often offers help and ensures everything is taken care of, which made the experience even better. Him dedication and positive attitude are truly appreciated🙏🙏

Planned a short stay in Abu Dhabi, but second day into my stay, the Middle East hostilities began. The Conrad was excellent. If ever there was a place to be stuck amid an uncertain situation, this was it. The staff were wonderful—particularly the restaurant staff (Asmaa was great!!) who helped keep all the guests well fed and looked after. They also prioritized guest safety and set up special safe areas where guests could go amid the emergency take-shelter alerts. I’d love to return during a more stable time and do some sight-seeing around the city, which looks beautiful.

This stay was prior to the current situation in the Gulf, but the sentiments remain. There are very few hotels that you talk about years after you first stay, Conrad Abu Dhabi is such a hotel. From arrival to departure you experience hospitality at its best. The concierge team start your experience with professionalism and charm and we were escorted to Level 45, the hotels hallmark product. Our welcome was that accorded returning friends and we were soon experiencing this amazing product. Our room had a view of the Founders Memorial and across the Gulf. Standards of cleanliness, in room products, beds and levels of comfort are all excellent. The dining experience at Level 45 is amazing and would rate highly against any hotel club experience. The staff are incredible and always are the highlight of our stay. Our thanks to Jeyad, Ishfaq, Anold, Dinesh, Jimmy, Ridzan, Anugrah, Riezel, Eneless and Nerja. We wish them all well in this difficult times and look forward to sharing another stay with them in the future.

This was our third and by far the best visit to this amazing hotel, the staff remembered us by name and treated us like family. The staff are all excellent and very friendly and genuine. We stayed here for 10 nights in a Level 45 King Room and everything was amazing, especially the Level 45 Lounge which is probably the best executive lounge we have ever had the pleasure to use. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Jeyad and his team Anold, Jimmy, Ishfaq, Reizel, Ridzan, Anugrah, Dinesh, Eneless and Nirja. Not fogetting the incredible chefs, Head Chef Touria, Shinto, Choi and Putri excellent food and presentations. The Conceierge team all were so friendly and helpful as usual, they never disappoint Nekhil leads from the front his deputy Solaiman is very informative as is Gul, Maggie, Federica, ⁠Abdullah, Deen, ⁠Raj, ⁠Peter, ⁠Taybur, ⁠Tika & ⁠Ashish everyone was on top of their game. The Rosewater Restaurant staff were brilliant especially Jude, Hamza Jee Ann, Marie and Letica they all looked after us so well. A special thanks to Chef De Cuisine Jitendra who again welcomed us warmly. A new attraction this year was the falconer called Hagi with his variety of birds of prey who was very friendly and informative as we have a keen interest in Falcons and Hawks it was great to handle them. So get a table outside at breakfast if you want to see these wonderful birds. The housekeeping team were excellent also special thanks to Shailesh, Floyd & Talat for all their service. If you want to feel special and spoilt with excellent service in high quality surroundings then choose the Conrad Etihad Towers and don't forget to book a Level 45 room. you will not be disappointed. ⁠
