Conrad Hotel Abu Dhabi Eithad Towers

There are simply not enough good words to say about this hotel. It is a gorgeous hotel by any standard, but that is not what makes a stay here truly exceptional — it really is the service. Across every part of the hotel, the staff are wonderful: from the reception team (especially the Hilton Honors Desk staff), to the Rosewater Restaurant team, the housekeeping staff (Thomas was lovely), and the staff at the café in the lobby. A special mention must also go to Glory, who always welcomes you with the warmest smile in her impeccable uniform. This hotel is just class, class and a little bit more class. I had a sea-view room and what a view — especially at night. The blackout curtains meant I had wonderfully restful nights, and so much thought has clearly gone into the design of the rooms and all the little details that make for a truly beautiful stay. And wrapping yourself in a Conrad dressing gown is a whole experience in itself! (I meant to purchase one and forgot ☹️.) If you do visit stop and have something to eat in the beautiful lobby - a beautifully made coffee, pastries to die for or a light bite while being serenaded on the grand piano. It was a great place to get some work done. All in all, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The combination of beautiful surroundings, thoughtful attention to detail and, above all, exceptional service made my stay incredibly special. I will definitely be back — again and again.

Really nice hotel. A fair distance from the airport 35 min in a taxi. My club room on 52nd floor was luxurious and well appointed. Bed and bed linen were superb . The pool area was well maintained with many staff bringing drinks. Breakfast buffet was outstanding with a wide selection of food , catering to all tastes . I feel the hotel misses out by not having a less formal Sports bar. Harry’s bar is very loud and has a nightclub vibe, but there were no tv’s at all in the hotel showing football. I think this is a miss by Hilton

Our second visit to the Conrad in Abu Dhabi was a memorable experience. Deen, our concierge, and Jee Ann, a member of the restaurant staff, recognised us from our previous visit and extended a warm welcome. Upon our arrival at 9am on Wednesday, the reception promptly accommodated our needs as we were a young family returning from a long flight. The entire Conrad team demonstrated exceptional friendliness and courtesy, making us feel valued. Pankaj, the restaurant manager, introduced himself on our first day and consistently engaged with us throughout our stay. Jee Ann went above and beyond, recognising us upon our arrival and ensuring our comfort. She memorised our room number and daily tea and coffee orders. Ester also provided exceptional service, greeting us with a smile each morning. The housekeeping team, led by Muhammad Harris, and the room service team were attentive to maintaining a clean and fresh environment. A special thank you to the housekeeper, whose name I believe was Chan, for leaving a positive message during our stay. The Guest Relations Team also made a thoughtful gesture by arranging for a cake to be placed in our room upon our return for my partner’s birthday. The concierge team is truly exceptional. Deen and Marvin are always the first to attend to our needs, and we are quick to offer our assistance. Abdulraham and Laxman were also helpful in collecting our luggage. Maggie, a member of the lift staff, made a special effort to engage with my son despite her busy schedule. Her politeness and attentiveness were evident. These are just a few of the individuals who contributed to the exceptional quality of our stay. I regret not having the opportunity to name everyone. The towel attendants by the pool also provided attentive and courteous service. Thanks again and we look forward to our next stay.

Our third stay here. Always excellent. Small issue with breakfast part way through the holiday and when mentioned over whatsapp message everyone including Chef, restaurant team and management went above and beyond to resolve for remainder of holiday. Have stayed in a dozen hotels in UAE over the last ten years and this is up there with the very best. Beautiful property with great facilities but its the consistenly incredible staff and service that really set it apart. For balance there was a delay with one of our rooms not being available when checking in but this is uncharacteristic of the attention to detail and service levels we have consistently had here and again they had clear desire and efforts to make up for this. Would highly recommend this hotel if staying in Abu Dhabi for both business and holiday.
