Conrad Hotel Abu Dhabi Eithad Towers

This place made us fall in love with Abu Dhabi. Can’t wait to come back. I love the atmosphere, care of the team, that made their best to make us feel relax and comfortable

Returned last week from a second trip to the Conrad, just repeat what I said last time, wonderful hotel, generous staff, place is spotless, rooms spacious and gleaming, great food, private beach and a fabulous location. Special thanks to effervesant Carlo again, who recognised me from over a year ago. See you next year!

I had a wonderful stay at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. I was staying on Level 52, and the sea view was absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views throughout my stay. I would also like to extend my appreciation to Ms. Dana, the Guest Relations Supervisor, who was exceptionally accommodating, professional, and attentive. Her warm hospitality and willingness to assist made my experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi for its excellent service, spacious rooms, and spectacular views.

We have been visiting Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers for over 13 years, and it continues to exceed our expectations every time. From the moment we arrive, we are greeted with genuine warmth, exceptional service and the highest level of professionalism. The hotel, its management and every member of the team consistently create an unforgettable experience. Our beautiful room was perfect, and the welcome banner and chocolates were such thoughtful touches that made us feel especially valued. A heartfelt thank you to Shailesh, Haris and Tukala, as well as the wonderful teams at Rosewater, Nahaam Hub and the pool, for their outstanding care and attention throughout our stay. What makes this hotel truly special is its people. Their kindness and personal service make Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers feel like a home away from home. Our children, Marcella and Mylo, are always delighted to see everyone, which says so much about the warm and welcoming atmosphere the team creates. Thank you for another exceptional stay. We are already looking forward to returning in December and making more wonderful memories with you. The Smith Family We wholeheartedly recommend Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers to anyone seeking luxurious accommodation, outstanding service and a truly memorable experience.

Excellent luxurious hotel. Service was one of the best. Breakfast was brilliant and variety was great. Spacious rooms and nice gym.
