I and my fiance had a wonderful stay at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers January. The experience was seamless from start to finish, and the level of hospitality truly stood out. From the valet service to the concierge upon arrival, everything was handled with professionalism and care. A special thanks to Bintu for taking such great care of us her kindness, welcoming spirit, and support made our stay smooth and completely stress-free. We would also like to extend our appreciation to the entire hotel team for their warm and attentive service. Without a doubt, we look forward to revisiting this beautiful hotel once the situation on the ground improves.

We had a wonderful experience at Rosewater Restaurant in Conrad Abu Dhabi. The staff were very kind and welcoming, especially Royan, Jude, Ester, and Sansan who really took care of us. They made our kids happy by helping with special requests like French macarons, which made the breakfast extra special. We were also celebrating a birthday, and they surprised us with a cake, making the moment even more memorable. Thank you for the great service and for making our visit so enjoyable. We truly appreciate it and highly recommend this place!

We booked a room for our wedding anniversary. Carlo from the Reception made our stay amazing making our anniversary a memorable one. Carlo and the hotel exceeded every expectation we had. From the check-in process, our stay, dinner reservations felt thoughtfully curated. Amenities were top-tier, and everything we needed was readily available. Overall, this was more than just a hotel stay—it was an experience. I would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and exceptional service.

Carlo from the reception is very accomodating from check-in time by providing our needs even before we know it, such as upgrade to family room since we have kid, complimentary tickets etc., we are very satisfied on our stay from IN to OUT. Also, all the staffs are very well trained and accommodating too, following up our needs every now and then, providing our necessities such as more drinking water before we even ask. Overall Conrad is highly recommendable to our friends, colleagues and acquaintances.
