Conrad Hotel Abu Dhabi Eithad Towers

I had a wonderful stay at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. I was staying on Level 52, and the sea view was absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views throughout my stay. I would also like to extend my appreciation to Ms. Dana, the Guest Relations Supervisor, who was exceptionally accommodating, professional, and attentive. Her warm hospitality and willingness to assist made my experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi for its excellent service, spacious rooms, and spectacular views.

Our dinner experience at Rosewater Restaurant was excellent. The restaurant offers a great variety of delicious food, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. She was very accommodating, always happy, approachable, and attentive throughout our visit. Her warm personality and genuine hospitality made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. She went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable dining experience.

The place was excellent, and the food was outstanding. The entire crew was exceptionally hospitable and welcoming. I would especially like to commend Jee Ann for her kindness, professionalism, and respectful attitude. She was very approachable and ensured a pleasant experience throughout our visit. Overall, I would rate the experience at 99.9%, and I highly recommend this establishment.

As a long-term guest at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers, I wanted to take a moment to recognize the incredible effort that went into making this Eid holiday so special for everyone staying at the hotel. I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world, but what sets this property apart is its people. During what is undoubtedly one of the busiest times of the year, every member of the team went above and beyond with professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality. The housekeeping team has been outstanding. My room has been consistently immaculate, and the attention to detail never goes unnoticed. It is clear that a tremendous amount of pride goes into their work every day. The restaurant teams have also been exceptional. Whether dining at Rosewater, Nahaam, Li Beirut, SOLE, José by Pizarro, Ray’s Grill, Ray’s Bar, SUSHISAMBA, the Lobby Lounge, or even enjoying the experience at the Observation Deck at 300, every interaction has been welcoming and professional. The waitstaff have been attentive, friendly, and always willing to help, even during the busiest Eid periods. The chefs and kitchen teams deserve special recognition as well for maintaining such high standards and delivering outstanding meals day after day. (Hilton) I would also like to thank the guest services team, front desk staff, concierge, valet team, and management. What impressed me most during Eid was how calm, organized, and gracious everyone remained while taking care of a hotel full of guests. It takes a remarkable team effort behind the scenes to create such a seamless experience, and it was evident throughout the property. What I appreciate most is that the hospitality here never feels forced. The staff consistently make guests feel recognized, valued, and welcome. As a long-term guest, I have seen firsthand the dedication and hard work that goes into maintaining the exceptional standards of this hotel, and this Eid was a perfect example of that commitment.
